I recently had to close three positions using Hirenest. It was a fantastic experience! I could easily create assessments for each role, as Hirenest provides templates for me (front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA engineer). Assessments included personality, cognitive aptitude, situational judgment, and skill proficiency tests. This helped me to better compare candidates before inviting them for an interview and filter out a lot of “pretenders”.
Previously, I was interviewing about 10 candidates to close a single position. But with Hirenest, I conducted just six interviews and hired three people. It’s a game-changer for me, for sure.
