I joined execedge program. I was given mentorship, and suggestions on where would I fit. The team was sincere in searching relevant leads, and suggesting draft responses. I actually just had to send emails, the response rate was more than 30%. Really enouraging.
To early in the process to give feedback. I do feel some of the resume feedbacks were not incorporated so I had to do it myself. In terms of compnay I do feel most of them are agri tech and diversity is missing. But again we can see how the process goes
