In the UK there are hundreds of recruitment consultancies, spread across every niche area imaginable. So some may ask what we hoped to achieve when we created HiringBooster? Company founders Craig Hillison and Jacqueline Pearson had previously worked together for several years in a large national recruitment company and were well established in Legal Recruitment. What they wanted to do next was build a business which was all about individuality, one that didn’t have a ‘one size fits all’ outlook. They wanted to offer effective, proactive and tailor made solutions – in short they wanted to treat both clients and candidates the way they themselves wanted to be treated.

Excellent communication and offer of…

Excellent communication and offer of interview preparation. Job placement was excellent, really thought about me and my fit within the company. Always been very attentive and knowledgeable through all aspects of each role. From being in constant contact, to helping me prepare for interviews to ensure the best result. Would highly recommend BMS Performance for all of your recruiting needs.
