Great service all round

I would highly recommend Mr Nishikawa. I was very nervous with lots of questions and he responded quickly no matter now trivial and put me at ease. I had a positive experience from start to finish and the result exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much.

My experience from start to finish was more than what was expected. I had two consultations with the consultant before going ahead with the procedure. At both of these consultations he was understanding, considerate and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. On the day of surgery the team made me feel at ease from beginning to end. I was very nervous as this was something I wanted for a long time, the team was professional and compassionate throughout. I struggled with pain management afterwards but the team was very accommodating and quick to see me and remained in contact in the days and weeks that followed. I would highly recommend the Westbourne centre, if I ever wanted anything more in the future I wouldn’t hesitate in getting in touch. Thankyou for all your support.

I underwent breast augmentation surgery with Mr.Nishikawa in April 2023 and I honestly couldn’t be happier with result. All experience was simply great and stress-free. Everything was explained to me in very clear & friendly manner during initial constultation by Mr. Nishikawa himself. Everyone from his team was always very helpful & friendly. Result is amazing :) If I’d know everything would be so easy I’d do it years ago.

I have upcoming liposuction in couple of days with Mr.Nishikawa and I’m not nervous about anything at all as I know I’m in the best hands possible!

I have had several procedures carried out at the Westbourne Centre by Mr Nishikawa, including a facelift and lipoma removal. The Centre is very professional but also very friendly and gives a personal service. I would highly recommend them.

I had to have operations to reconstruct my nose, following surgery for cancer. Mr Nishikawa explained very clearly what he planned to do. During the operations Mr Nishikawa and team were very reassuring during this stressful time. After some time for recovery I am pleased with the result. My nose is repaired and looks good. My thanks to Mr Nishikawa his admin team and nurses.

I recently had treatment with Mr Nishikawa at the Westbourne clinic Birmingham.
The care I received was excellent, From Mr Nishikawa, his secretary, the nursing staff & everyone else at the clinic.
I had several consultations at no extra cost & my anxieties were met with reassurance & kindness. Would highly recommend Mr Nishikawa & his wonderful staff at the Westbourne Clinic.

Mr. Nishikawa was really kind, considerate and confident throughout the consultation, the surgery and the treatment.
Thanks to his reaction and responses, I could fully trust him, which is the most important thing for a patient.
He and his secretary, Anja were always helpful and provided clear advice before and after the surgery. When I asked for the documentation for my insurance claim, which should be filled in by the surgeon, Mr. Nishikawa, they were so kind and quick to prepare them. I was very grateful about this, too.

When I have attended the clinic I have always been made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Any worries I had were answered, advice was given and they did not hesitate to put my mind at ease. I cannot rate highly enough the treatment I receive there and would recommend Mr Nishikawa to everyone for excellent service and care. A mention for his secretary Anja who was also amazing. If I called with any issues between appointment’s she would resolve them as soon as possible and confirming time frames at the same time. They really deserve 5 Stars.
I think I should have mentioned my actual operation which was carried out Sep 2023.
I had cancer of my lower lip in which Mr Nishikawa removed a third of my lip and reconstructed it. It has healed amazingly, leaving only a small scar that you can barely see.I am extremely grateful to him and his whole team. The follow ups are as i have said,

A fabulous surgeon
A lovely man that listens and achieves everything he says he is going to do
I will definitely book more surgery with him

Great surgeon, always listens and sincerely does his up most best to help his patients. If his unable to provide treatments he always signpost patients to other professionals who can support them in the areas of treatment they need. I won’t go to any other surgeon other then mr Nishikawa. He is 5 stars for me.
