DO NOT hand over any money. You will not receive any goods ordered. Ordered make up bag and paid early November. Nothing by January. They also overcharged us compared to advertised price. Saw the advert on instagram. Thought it was trustworthy-how wrong could we be? Coming from China-huge red flag. They must have made thousands from this scam having read so many reviews stating the same as our experience.

I ordered a tv gadget from this company on 2nd NOVEMBER and still not received it. They sent multiple status updates, the last of which was 30th November when the package was supposedly in Birmingham. I have emailed their customer service team 20 times and just get the same stupid response telling me to wait for delivery and trust my original choice! I suspect the response is AI generated as it’s just repetitive.
This company needs to be barred from advertising on social media platforms as they are clearly just stealing money and not supplying any goods. Please don’t waste your money like I did!!!!

Please do not buy from this company - as per previous reviews you will not receive it but will get a lot of tracking info but no matter how many times you ask they refuse to refund as it is ‘out for delivery’ - a complete scam!!

I ordered at the start of November and got messed about - similar experience to others on here. After reading the reviews where people believed this was a scam I reported it to my bank (as I’d paid by credit card). But to my surprise, the items I had ordered have just been delivered - 2 months later and after Xmas but I do have them. So there is a service operating - just wanted to let others know. 2 stars as I actually got the items in the end!

I ordered 2 make up bags on 01/11. I got a tracking email which showed that my parcel had arrived in Oxford on 29/11 and it never moved from there. I contacted the company several times and kept getting asked to wait a few days but nothing changed. I have asked for a refund 6 times and now, a week after Christmas, they have told me they’ve sent out a replacement order. I have explained that these items were Christmas presents and that as I had to buy other presents I wanted my money back. They have ignored my numerous requests. They are scammers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a makeup bag from instagram in November. Shipping emails until early December - last one said it was in Manchester. Emailed customer service and they said wait 7 days. Waited - nothing arrived. Emailed again and they said it had been sent so they couldn’t do anything about it. Emailed again and said I wanted a refund - they sent me a tracking link. The tracking link was in Chinese and asked me to click on some other internal links - which I didn’t. It was at this point I realised it’s not just a shoddy business, it’s a scam.

Same as everyone else. For parcel suddenly disappeared and the seconded arrived in days but was faulty and didn’t work properly, I asked them to send out a new item but they insist that there was nothing wrong with my item even though it didn’t work
The customer services are dreadful

Do not buy from this company EVER. Appalling customer service, goods never turned up. No tracking information.

Not received my parcel is it possible to get the money back ?

Goods have just been received today, almost 3 months after the order was placed.
It doesn't change my star rating, it's awful customer service, but maybe not an out right scam.

Can anyone here add comments to clarify the name of the transaction on their bank statement?
I believe more than the cost of goods was taken from my bank, but the transaction name is very unclear.

Similar story to several other peoples experience of Hisdeanalle. Ordered 2 make up bags at the end of October. Lots of tracking updates until the shipment suddenly stopped updating after arriving in Edinburgh. Customer services ok at replying but the content of the replies were utterly diabolical. Couldn’t ever give a straight answer and just kept asking me to allow more time. I gave them a deadline and was very clear if the items had not arrived by then, that I wanted a refund. Eventually I demanded that they issue a full refund and they did it within a couple of days. I can’t say they are scammers as I received a refund but this company is definitely not quality. Avoid Hisdeanalle at all costs.

Ordered a makeup bag early November. I have chased this a few times to be told that they will expedite it. Still not arrived. Terrible service. Don’t care attitude. Do not use this company. No service. Probably a scam Very unhappy customer.

Annoyed, clearly a scam, same pattern yet they can freely get away with it.

One star is too much but didn't have the option to put none. Ordered 2 make up bags on 30th October, tracking says they are in UK but no sign of delivery. They keep blaming the delivery company and say they have issued another order to be delivered quickly which was 2 weeks ago. I have asked for a refund but they seem to be avoiding issuing one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not even one star , I am so angry and dissapointed with their customer service.
I have waited 2 months and still have not received my make up bags .. missed the event they were bought for. I have asked for a refund as have still not received them and they refuse to refund me . I don’t know where to go next , complain too , but I’m finding out this company is a disgrace . Mrs emmons

I’d give it 0 if I could as my order has never arrived. Been waiting 2 months now and tracking just stopped at the end of November. I’ve asked for a refund and they said no as the order has been sent out. Will have to try and get refund from the credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROK THIS COMPANY ITS A FRAUD!

Same as other reviews I read just now. Ordered make-up bag as Christmas present. Last tracking update was that it was in Edinburgh, whilst we live in London. They could not provide update on the status, but sent a replacement begin December. Still has not reached us. Getting same standard response that they cannot control the delivery...

I had to give 1 star but do not mean it. Order made October - tracking had it in Cambridge - I chased in Secember to be told it had been delivered. It had not. They were unable to provide a photo of delivery. Refused to confirm a refund just an automatic response telling me to track and check with neighbours. Shockingly poor - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Scammers
I ordered in October and not received my parcel. The tracking company they referred me to have said my parcel is in uk however the post code tells me it’s in Canada. This company is a scam do not buy from them.

Absolutely useless. Lost parcel takes no responsibility for this . No refund .5 weeks and cannot track parcel
