As Sales Manager for a hotel that booked a bride with Skipper, I am currently very disappointed with them. They have sent an email asking for the actual pick up we received from the block. Here is where the problems start: 1, The link to use for the pick up does not work - on any browser; 2. The email address with the pick up report must not be monitored because I have reached out every email sent to me; 3. The phone number attached to the email is out of service; 4. There is not website any more. The number you get with a google search is out of service.
I saw a review here that stated the company went out of business. I have not heard that from the company but I would believe it based on my recent searches and activity with the organization.

I had a great experience with this company until it went out of business and shut it doors. The process was great until this happened. The link that I received did not end up working and I am unsure what I am supposed to do now with my current hotels.

Skipper didn't save time/money. It was quicker for me to contact hotels directly. I figured I'd try it out expecting that it would save me time and money. I put in requests for three hotels: a small, boutique local hotel; a larger chain (W hotel) and a luxury hotel (Loews). I received a quote back only from the small boutique hotel, while the other hotels through Skipper told me they couldn't accommodate my group. I decided to contact the hotels myself. The small, boutique hotel gave me the same rate as Skipper gave me. The two larger hotels told me they could accommodate my group and both gave me rates. I decided it was not worth it to go through a third party to book my hotel- I easily did it myself! Save your time and don't use Skipper.

Your services are great and keep a bride-to-be like myself organized. Amanda Browning was great and super at communicating with me and the hotels, and quick might I add. This was great...I appreciate y'all.

I was clueless as to where to start with booking room blocks for my wedding. Using Skipper and working with McGowan Day, my Booking Advisor, was so easy and worked out tremendously well. Everything is booked, communication was excellent, and the whole process was easy-peasy!

Honestly, it was better than I imagined. VERY quick, helpful, took a lot of the guesswork out of things for me. I would absolutely recommend this to others who need to block rooms for a wedding.

I was so overwhelmed thinking about booking hotel blocks for all my family members. Skipper made it as easy as selecting which hotels and how many beds. The staff was always available to answer my questions and very friendly! I will recommend this to any bride!

This app is incredible. Booking a hotel block was one of the most intimidating items on my to do list, but Skipper made it so simple. Amanda was great and always replied promptly to me. I booked a hotel block that fit our needs so quickly! And am still working on a few more. :)

I’ve booked two hotels for my wedding using this app. The interface is easy and clean to navigate. The representative I was paired with, McGowan, was super responsive and great at following up on questions. Everything made this easier to book hotel blocks. Would def recommend to friends and family to use!

Skipper handled all the communication with the hotels and made it easy to select additional hotels.

This process was wonderful for me. As a bride, I was shopping around through multiple sites to see how I could get the best hotel rate for my guests. Skipper had the best rates BY FAR and Amanda was extremely prompt in helping me with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

I was nervous to about how much work booking a hotel block for my wedding would be but Skipper made it super easy. I simply entered the address of my venue and I was provided with a list of nearby hotels to request quotes from. Through my booking agent, I was able to negotiate and ask questions of the hotels and received responses in a very timely manner. I ended up with a hotel block that completely fills the needs of myself and my guests.

The process for requesting was fairly straightforward, a mistake I made in the request was promptly corrected, I received replies in a fairly timely manner, and my needs were met.
