I bought the two for one boxes of whitening strip's had to return sent photos of unopened product along with tracking receipt from post-office as required. Over 7 weeks ago still nothing in rely except for an automated response 1/ 4 days we will contact you. Absolutely unsatisfactory I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IN GOOD FAITH. Beware consumers this is no way to run a company DISGUSTING.

Never received the product. I emailed multiple times, received an automated response and then nothing after that. So basically just gave them money in exchange for 0. POS company.

Scam. Bought the stripes because of all the instagram ads and as it happends with everything that is highly advertised on instagram it is a fraud. My teeth look exactly the same. Save your money.

First off I really love this product I hate mint so using these flavours helps me maintain good oral hygiene.

However, I purchased a number of products from Superdrug which were delivered to my home.
Cut to a while later and one of the toothpastes pump is faulty, I wouldn't mind but this is at least the second one that's faulty (probably more).

I decided to contact hismile. Their customer service is shocking. Half the time they don't answer you until you message again asking for a response (this happened multiple times).

They eventually replied and asked for videos and photos - no issue i sent them off. Again nothing until I asked them to reply. Then they wanted a screenshot of the order which I sent. Again no response. Finally they said I would need to return it to superdrug for a refund or replacement.

I felt this was unfair as I currently am disabled and cannot leave my home without someone with me. I also am.not allowed to drive because my disability makes it unsafe - so I would need to pay for w maybe 2 buses for two people or get a taxi into town, by which point it would not be worthwhile.

I explained this to HiSmile but surprise surprise they haven't responded.

What a joke of a company. Charging £10 for priority dispatch with no update for over 4 days that it’s been dispatched. Rubbish service. Trying to cancel order but it seems that is impossible so I will be returning and requesting a full refund including posting. I would avoid this company.

To add to this the reply states they can help yet another day with no order, no refund and no reply to any emails.

I was totally doubting this product until I finally tried it for myself! I have never seen my teeth get so white. I love that it doesn't make my teeth feel sensitive as well!

I have been trying to find a whitening for my teeth but also to help with having a fresh breath. I came upon Hismile ID Whitening and I found that it leaves my breath and my teeth white and my breath fresh. I will buy another bottle soon

Since I was a child, I’ve lived with a condition that makes me feel nauseous very easily. Because of this, brushing my teeth has always been extremely difficult for me and often caused anxiety and discomfort.

Trying one of their flavored toothpastes completely changed my experience. For the first time, I was able to brush my teeth without fear or nausea. What might seem like a small thing for most people made a huge difference in my daily life.

Whitening strips and mouthwash do not work. Misleading adverts and marketing claims.

In total 5 of the 2 types of mint flavoured toothpastes were ordered as gifts for a recipient who had a positive previous experience of using these flavours. I am unable to comment on the toothpastes themselves as they were not purchased for my own use. After placing the order I was advised by email that 1 of the mint flavours was no longer in stock and I was asked to provide alternative flavour options. I chose the other mint flavour making a total of 5 of the same flavoured toothpastes. I received non-automated emails and can report that the 5 toothpastes were delivered within 5 working days of the updated order. The reason for the 3 stars is due to stock being advertised online as being available when it subsequently appeared not to be and the non-receipt of dispatch/tracking information. The member of staff with whom I was in email communication responded quickly and helpfully to resolve the matter.

I absolutely LOVE my Hismile electric toothbrush!!! I’ve been obsessed with it since the day I bought it. I recently ran into a small issue and reached out to their customer service team, and I can honestly say I was blown away by how everything was handled.

Not only was the issue resolved quickly, but they went above and beyond to make things right in a way I never expected. It’s not often you feel that level of care from a brand, and it really made such a difference.

This kind of customer service really shows how much they value their customers.

My teeth got damaged!

I bought the whitening strips and 2 things happened:

1) instead of the promised and advertised white teeth, I got just a damaged teeth

and the worst part is they are nlt compliant at all!!!

2) they promised a money-back guarantee, I immediately contacted them (in the 7 days received window they mentioned), and guess what? I’m getting ignored for over 80 days now.

This brand should be charged… no idea how it is still working.

I got the bundle with the iD stain whitening mouthwash, the purple color correction serum and the toothbrush. I never used the toothbrush so no comment on them. But in the other two? Complete bollocks. A complete waste of money. You're better off just keeping your normal routine of brushing twice a day and flossing because it did absolutely nothing for me. Like yeah if you eat and then use the mouthwash, you will get food bits and gunk out. That's normal. Use any mouthwash and it does the same. NEVER did i get as much shit out as all the fake advertisements. The purple serum? It actually stains and makes my teeth and gums and lips purple and u have to brush AGAIN to get it out. Both have horrible potent taste of typical mouthwash but a bit sweeter which is quite disgusting, making it worse.

The only good thing is probably the toothbrush, but what brand? Where can I get toothbrush heads to replace with? So still a big W T F

I purchased a number of items from HiSmiles and when my package arrived, most of the items were missing.

I contacted them via their website, and initially received no response.
I contacted them again and again was met with no response.

After leaving a poor review, I was contacted by a representative of HiSmiles who was able to look into what had happened.

Although I was very disappointed at first with the lack of ownership, I’m pleased to say that thanks to Sienna, my issue has been satisfactorily resolved and I now have everything that I ordered.

Bought the stain remover mouth wash and it’s brilliant . My Teeth feel good and significantly whiter after one rinse . It’s an acquired taste but it’s not bad . You can put up with it for good results

I bought the iD stain mouthwash and it was just like the ads! The amount of gunk that came out was crazy and it left my mouth feeling clean.

Scam….. I had whitening mouthwash 1month ago did nothing waste of money try to refund but they don’t even respond it’s over a month …..

I ordered my Hismile products at the beginning of December and I have still NOT received them. I spent close to 60 euros on these products, and neither the courier nor Hismile know what's going on. The courier says that the package was delivered, but no one knows who apparently delivered it, and no one is even trying to contact me about it. It never really arrived, and now Hismile and the courier are ignoring me. Hismile doesn't have a place where you can contact them for customer support, and they don't answer any email you send to them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, unless you don't mind losing your money and never actually getting the package you paid for.
