I recently purchased the Hismith Premium 4.0 and have been thoroughly impressed. The delivery was much faster than expected—arriving in just two days instead of the estimated seven—which was a pleasant surprise. It came packaged very securely and discreetly, which I really appreciated.

The build quality of the machine is fantastic—solid, well-crafted, and clearly made with attention to detail. It was easy to set up straight out of the box, and it performs exactly as advertised. Smooth, powerful, and consistent, it’s exceeded my expectations in every way.

Purchased Hismith Premium 3.5 | 3-in-1 Controlled Sex Machine. This is A well engineered machine and is so quick to set up and dismantle and pack away in the supplied bag which has foam cut out to keep everything protected. You get all the accessories you will need to get you going. The plugged in control box works fine, but it’s well worth downloading the app and pairing it to your device via Bluetooth, the app allows you to make your own rollercoaster of a ride for your partner or partners, the app allows you to share your creation with other users and vice versa, there are just so many good features in the app. I can’t list them all here! I did purchase extra accessories which are well engineered. I choose to pay extra to expedite the shipping, they use DPD, my parcels with me within 17 hours the next day. I’ve never seen parcel so discreetly wrapped.  Considering the time difference the customer service is excellent and whilst it may take some time on occasions for them to get back to you they will get back to you. You’re not just left hanging they do answer your questions. Thank You Hismith

I have spoken with HiSmith support several times in the past and found them to be very quick to respond and always helpful. I have a HiSmith Pro which has been very reliable and worked perfectly up until now. When it recently developed a problem I contacted HiSmith's support who were immediately on the case. They very quickly evaluated the problem and sent me a new part for my machine which arrived within a few days. I was able to easily fit the part using instructions provided by HiSmith and my machine is now back to perfect working order.

Absolutely incredible value products (seriously, I've looked), so I've been a customer for a while, but this was the first time I've had to contact customer service.
Fortunately they were super helpful, and I would continue to highly recommend them for their products, with the added comment about the customer service.

Oh WOW...I purchased the mini ukulele and I'm SOOOO happy with it, just wish I'd learned of Hismith alot sooner. I especially like how quiet it is even at full speed. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
