Absolutely amazing customer service team, Sophia especially

I didn‘t want to buy something expensive for my first machine so i decided to go with the Auxfun with 5 dildos. The dildos are quite of low quality but since you just pay 40£ more it’s not that bad. Maybe the more expensive once are better. Anyway i rather recomend buying the suction cup adapter and using your own dildos.

For the machine itself i was very disapointed. The suction cups are not working at all so you have to get creative how to hold the machine on place. The engine is very weak, so if you‘re not perfecty positioned and relaxed it only moves when you put it almost on max. Even muscle contractions make it stop when at low pace so you have to concentrate more on staying relaxed than on your pleasure.
Postitioning is quite difficult on soloplay, but also with a partner since the screws sometimes dont lock in properly and you have to shake it a bit to get in place to tighten it properly.

Since Hismith has a very good reputation on the more expensive machines i thought the cheaper one would not be that bad either but i guess you can‘t expect that… quality has its price.

Still giving 3 Stars for the great service. Was shipped to europe in about a week and was packed nice and clean in sealed bags.
I had a minor problem with my account but the support service answered and solved the problem very fast. They had a very friendly and competent demeanour.

Maybe i will try out one of their premium machines someday but for the cheaper ones i can‘t recomend anyone to try it… its just more fun doing it by yourself.

I was nervous about purchasing from the site and while I have not received my item yet, I was very impressed with the quick response from the help chat in getting my account set up so o could view my order status. (Originally checked out as a guest)

I ordered a parcel that wasn't delivered since 10th January but I'm not here to rate about that, I'm rating on Sophia's expert help to get in contact with DPD as they (DPD) have been too lazy to deliver my parcel so I wanna thank Sophia and rate her 5 stars for trying to get it delivered. Thank you Sophia for trying to help.

Bought my machine and bundle on Tuesday recieved it in a couple days later on the same Thursday. Obviously not all will be this quick but mine was so very happy to get lucky, did pay for quicker delivery so this may have helped.

Customer support was also there to help me as a few parts of my bundle were missing. Found out they are being shipped over in a seperate order probably were out of stock at warehouse my machine came from but the fact my questions were answered so quickly puts my mind at ease.

Prompt customer service, the products are high quality, the machine is quiet and easy to put together and use.

Top quality, heavy duty. Versatile for his or her own needs, and pleasure. It's very sturdy. It's worth it you won't be disappointed in your purchase. Customer service is fast and informative.

At first I I bought the Machine and there was a problem, the cable box controller plug wouldnt fit in and it was a little distressing, but then I reached out to customer support [Sophia] her and the company she works for are amazing. They listened to my problem and corresponded with my multiple times to fix the problem. They made me feel happy because some custom support is terrible and they make you wish you never purchased the item. That is not this company, they really care. Thank-you so much Sophia and Hismith. I hope to be a customer for a longtime to come. If not for the original problem problem they would have gotten 5 stars, for customer support I give them 20 stars.

It's been reassuring to discover that the standard of Hismith's customer service and product support matches the high quality of their machines and accessories. Sophia has been incredibly helpful and absolutely brilliant to deal with. After dealing with her it was no surprise at all that my order arrived sooner than expected. I genuinely could not be more impressed with her and the team at Hismith and if I could award them more stars than five I definitely would!

Fast delivery , quick response on customer support! Also the machine is a beast it self ! Would recommend if you have the spare cash to spend!

Worth every penny. Use it often. It takes a bit to understand how to use it but then... Bliss. The thing goes faster than you probably ever need and isn't too loud. Attachments are all great. Might get more later!
I will say that it looks like a simple black plastic box thing when you first get it. You may think you've been scammed but just plug it in and see. It's perfect.

Only con is suction cups are not great. I don't use it on wood floor though so it was my gf who pointed it out. I usually use it in bed and have a foot on the base to keep it steady. It's pretty steady already.

Great product. Don't regret a cent spent. For the record, this is my first expensive sex toy and I've never gone above 60 bucks before. This was a plunge I took while stoned and I'm glad I did.
