Very poor experience. No transparency and unauthorized charges
I had a very poor experience with Histrips. My order could not be tracked properly and the company was unable to provide any verifiable proof that the package had arrived in my country or was handled by a local courier. All I received were vague statements with no tracking link or official confirmation.
On top of that, the company enabled automatic payments without my clear approval, which is unacceptable. There was no transparent opt-in or clear consent for recurring charges.
Customer support kept delaying the issue instead of providing proof or a resolution. Due to the lack of transparency and unauthorized billing behavior, I had to escalate the case through PayPal.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

To clarify a few important points: we never enable automatic or recurring payments without an explicit opt-in, and we take any concern about unauthorized charges extremely seriously. If something appeared unclear or misleading in your case, that’s on us to review and explain properly.
Regarding tracking, we agree that you should always have clear and verifiable shipment information. If that wasn’t communicated clearly or in a timely way, we sincerely apologize. That’s something we’re actively working to improve, especially for international orders.
We regret that this reached the point of a PayPal escalation, but we respect your decision and will of course cooperate fully to resolve the case fairly. Our goal is never to delay or avoid responsibility — only to find the right solution.

My training companion!
I tried HiStrips just for curiosity one year ago. Now it’s a training and racing companion. Air intake is noticeably higher and it helps to keep your breathing wide open and regular during the effort. I regularly use HiStrips for running, cycling, hiking and doing my gym routine and sweating doesn’t compromise the resistance of the strips. Never without!

I've been using nose strips for over 20 years, but these ones from HiStrips you can tell they've really perfected them. The quality is outstanding, and they're resistant to all my sweat during exercise plus swimming. So happy, thank you guys!

I’ve struggled with sleep for years
I’ve struggled with sleep for years, waking up once or twice, and tried virtually everything. I decided to give this a go, not expecting much. Boy was I wrong.
Already on the first night, I slept like a baby. Didn’t wake up once. Second night, again. Decided to pair it with the nose strips, again same great result. The only time I now wake up, is if I’m sick (coughing - because I feel the need to remove the mouth strip, obviously). The mouth tape material is great and doesn’t irritate my skin, even when it’s dry from the cold weather. The nose tape really really adheres to the skin as well! Once I put it on, within 30 seconds my airways were so open - it actually felt like sorcery!

I thought it’s just an Instagram hype. I bought strips to test out on my boyfriend. And thanks god! it really works! My boyfriend says he feels he can breathe better with it. It works for both sports and sleep. I ordered the second time today.
By the way would it be possible to have smaller sizes for smaller noses? I’m an Asian and for my nose, the strip is just too big 😅

started using HiStrips during my workouts, especially in high-intensity sessions, and I can honestly say they make a real difference.
Breathing feels easier under effort and fatigue perception is lower when pushing hard.
They’re easy to apply, stay in place even with sweat, and don’t cause any discomfort while training.
As both an athlete and a coach, I’m very critical when it comes to performance products, but in this case the benefit is real and noticeable.
Highly recommended for anyone who trains seriously and cares about the small details that impact performance.
