Priced reasonably, wonderful communication, excellent product packaging, highly recommended to all :)
I am an avid gamer and although Nintendo might not be doing very well with their WiiU console, I for one was very keen when I first heard Nintendo was releasing the Zelda Wind Waker HD edition of their WiiU console. The downside to this announcement is because I live in Australia, we are not getting any (countries in Europe, the United States and Canada will be getting them, but not Australia). Hitari allow me to purchase this much sought after WiiU console edition, which for me is very, very much appreciated because: (1) Being the UK version, it share the same PAL system as Australia (unlike United States and Canada which are NTSC) and (2) The electricity requirement are the same with UK and Australia, namely 240V at 50Hz (unlike United States and Canada which are 120V at 60Hz). All I needed to enjoy the console is a simple plug adapter, it was a HUGE win from my perspective :) After making the purchase, I email Hitari to request that they package carefully, which they reply back promptly saying they will :) When the parcel arrived, packaging was top-notch and beyond my expectation :) Not only was it done wonderfully, but it was very well protected (matching and exceeding what I wanted) and I must say I feel grateful for their efforts :) I would highly recommend Hitari to anyone :) Top marks from me by a very satisfied customer :)

Fast and Cheap!
Recently I bought a game from Hitari and i couldn't be happier about the service!
As I live in Germany shipping usually takes a few weeks. However Hitari managed to deliver within 7 days.

I was looking around for a website that would sell Titanfall at a good price and I bumped into Hitari over on eBay. The price was great, the shipping cost was good, so I asked them about the preorder conditions. They answered really fast and to the point. I placed my preorder and waited. Super fast, super cheap & Super service!
I ordered a replacement 60mm cooling fan from Hitari.co.uk.
I was expecting to wait for 2-3 days, but it arrived next day. Better yet, it was the cheaper than another company who were quoting 5-7 days delivery.
The item is really good quality and the product description and photos told my everything I needed to know, so that I could order with confidence. I'm really pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.
