After reaching out to Hitched for a quote and some technical questions, Kieran provided me with very detailed and accurate information as well as being very well priced.

when booking they were very accommodating and flexible with bookings. on the day of fitting, James (the fitter) had grate communication advising arrival times. He called to say he had arrived, by the time i come out to meet him has was already set up and stripping the bumper. very friendly and easy to approach, he was also happy to answer any questions i had too.

when the job was done he cleaned up and wouldn't of known that car was in bets 20 minutes ago. he waled though the instillation and provided some tips and demo of how to attach the to bar and remove it.

to add to the customer services, I had 1 small issue which was only highlight after using it on the caravan but after talking with Kieran, he sent out James to have a look to which is was fixed in 15 minutes.

would highly recommend the Hitched team.

After the first initial contact with keiran, I felt I was already in safe hands. He was extremely professional and assertive. From the word go it was a smooth procedure. James turned up on time, was very efficient in his work. A very cheerful and smiley chap. Very punctual. Carried out the work with precision. I really am very pleased. Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He explained everything he was doing, and all usage and maintenance of the new towbar. Highly recommend.

I had a detachable swan neck towbar fitted to my Audi A5 by James today. He arrived when he said he would and the whole job took less than 2 hours. He was professional and friendly and showed us how it all worked once all was done. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking at getting a towbar fitted.
