Very negative experience
I delivered a few packages to shoppers through this app. I received an email that my payment should be received in about 7 to 10 business days. That was long passed without processing the payment. I followed up multiple times and their response since then has been "the delay is because an issue with the payment gateway at their bank and that they would let me know when it's fixed" this has been going on for around 5 months now.
Last email I sent I asked how come they're taking money from people but can't pay money? No response to my email since then.
They have no credibility any more, and they don't have any controls in place to govern the process and the relationship between the shoppers and travelers. If anything goes wrong they just disappear
