Very helpful team - spoke to Michael Johnson - Sales Consultant, HITIO Gym Orpington to arrange a gift card for hydrox classes. He was super helpful on the phone and via email. And he went the extra mile to deliver the gift card in person to allow an extra special gifting experience. Fantastic experience

Signed up to the gym but cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period due to health reasons. There’s nothing wrong with the gym itself, but dealing with the company has been a nightmare.

It’s been over three months of constant emails back and forth and the issue still isn’t resolved. The amount of hassle just to cancel has been crazy.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of signing a contract – make sure you read everything carefully before you commit.

Worst gym I’ve ever been. Staff don’t put back any equipment, the training room has a soft unhygienic floor which is never disinfected, and the staff are overbearing.

Hi ! They make me loose my money with a contract for all the family because when I subscribed I saw a lady with a baby in a buggy and they said I can bring with me in the buggy with my baby, then they change their mind and conditions
verbally, I couldn't use my benefit . Plus they should show me the gym or tell me before I have to make an appointment for someone to show me the gym. I needed for abs class but they put me only to run one time and I was only to courses then the lady said she is happy to refund me because she change her conditions. But still not receiving my refund plus they try to still money from account and nobody is using the gym . How is possible? What a shame !

You should explain the policy before take my money and you should give the refund because you the owner tell me I can take my young child with me because in that day was a different women with the baby in the buggy and I see on your Facebook pages you give a reward... on octomber.... she was maybe because was from the same country with you . This is racism!

Great gym with everything you need and more. The staff have been extremely friendly since the first time walking through the door. Excellent price as far as gym memberships go in London!

Great gym by Shoreditch park. The staff are super friendly, and the whole place has a good atmosphere.

Awful customer service at this gym. Continue to harass customers months after they leave, due to poor admin I'm assuming. If only their approach was a little friendlier... No apologies or recognition on their end. Would not recommend in the slightest!

Pretty short lived experience but glad I cancelled before I had to pay full price. For such a new gym the staff are pretty disinterested already. You just about get a hello as you walk in and as its now you would expect to be showed how to sign in and give a tour of the gym. Nope. Initial sign up was full of smoke and mirrors, so I thought I was signing up to one offer but got another, when I questioned it, they did there best to make me feel stupid with a passive aggressive email response. Quite intimidating atmosphere overall with staff ignoring you, no help given on using the gym and the martial arts part filled with young guys with gloves on doing their best to knock each others heads off. Happy to be cancelled although the GHD straightners in the toilet will be missed

Fantastic location, cost effective, great Management, always friendly and welcoming, always a clean environment and modern gym facilities for all training. Not too busy either!!

The gym is great overall, I liked the equipment it's all new and professional, you can find more or less whatever you want. The gym itself is not huge, but well designed. This is amazing that they have a wet sauna and a dry one. We had an issue with a first payment, but management solved everything. They also have some martial arts for an extra price
