I have a new build flat, which I have lived in for 5 years.
Like clockwork, when the 5th year rolled round, I had a leak in my HIU unit where my hot water valve had cracked.
Found Richard through some other residents in my building and he was super helpful in explaining the issue and helping me get it sorted.
When he first came out to access the issue, he showed me how the whole HIU unit worked and also showed me how we could ‘manage’ the leak, until we got it sorted.
Fantastic guy to work with, who really knows his stuff.
