I had a new boiler fitted by boilerbase the work was outstanding very friendly and polite, they cleaned up after the work was done and showed me how it works they were so helpful.

When my main fuse blew after hours, James from Hiveasy made a good first impression as the only 24-hour emergency electrician willing to come out when half a dozen others had declined.

In the end I needed my house rewiring, and while that was never going to be a pleasant experience it was helped along by James' and Ryan's friendliness and professionalism. During the course of the work, any questions and concerns I had were addressed promptly, while issues on my energy provider's side were navigated patiently, leading to a satisfactory outcome.

Thanks guys, and thanks also to the ladies in the office for fielding my phone calls with unfailing politeness.

From making the first call to completion of the job, Hiveasy were polite, professional and efficient. I received regular communications on when they were coming. Place left tidy too which was a treat. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had plumbing work, a boiler service, and a gas cooker replacement carried out by Hiveasy. The team were excellent — professional, tidy, and clear about all the work being done. I called Hiveasy to come over to look at a leak on a radiator valve expecting to have to wait before they could attend. Ryan came over the very next day and was able to fix the leak by changing the part quickly and for a really good price. We got to talking about the services they offer and I was made aware that they also covered gas. I informed Ryan that I nei a service on out boiler but was holding off because the company that serviced it the year before had said it needed changing. Ryan said that might not be the case but they were happy to have a look. That evening Jamie came over to look at our boiler and we were told the boiler although quite old was in good condition and didn't need replacement. I booked a service with him there and then. Two days later Jamie carried out the service for a very competitive price and the results are fantastic as our heating hasn't ever ran this efficiently.

Hiveasy are a professional and competent company that are flexible and very competitive in the market. They did not try to pull the wool over our eyes trying to get us to install a new boiler that we didn't need. Thank you Jamie that is incredible honesty and is difficult to find.

The second reported leaked from your work was on 18/08 / 2025 you was on holiday , on 26/08/ 2025 messaged again but still on holiday , as promised but never turned up after holiday , call and messaged again including provides video with 2 leaks from your work on 25/10/2025 , all the Oak kitchen floor already damaged showed it to Jamie when he turn up on 27/10/20025

From initial contact to completion of the installation (new boiler), within a week. Fair price, perfect install. It could have been quicker, but at my request (due to issues with my Autistic son) it was changed from a couple of days install. At all points I was completely updated, very happy, highly recommend.

I recently had power installed in a wooden cabin in my back garden, and I’m extremely pleased with the work carried out by Electrician's Jamie and Ryan from Hive Globe Solutions Ltd.

The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They explained the entire process clearly, offered helpful suggestions, and completed the installation efficiently and to a high standard. This included running power from the main house to the cabin, fitting a consumer unit, wall sockets making sure everything was weatherproof and compliant.

They left the area clean and tidy, and most importantly, provided me with an official installation certificate, which gave me added peace of mind that everything was done properly and safely, and up to current regulations.

The electrics work flawlessly, and the cabin now feels like a fully functional extension of our home. I would absolutely recommend Hive Globe Solutions Ltd to anyone needing electrical work, especially for garden rooms or outbuildings.

Hiveasy were fantastic, from the initial home visit for a quotation to the rapid installation of our new boiler, on acceptance of the quotation. The whole process was seamless with excellent communication and service. We are very happy with our new boiler, having had several visits and quotations prior to Hiveasy, the standard of work, quality of service and professionalism sets them apart.

Was extremely pleased with the engineers that came to fit my new boiler they drained and flushed my central heating system before fitting the boiler they left everywhere clean and tidy came when they said they would and were happy to explain everything. My husband likes to know exactly what everything does and how to work they were quite happy to explain everything. Would recommend Hiveasy to any of my family and friends.

New Boiler fitted

Had to have a new boiler fitted due to the old one being beyond economic repair
James came out to give a quote. Covered his feet with overshoes and tested water pressure and showed how the magnetic filter worked

The day of the fit everything was well protected and the installation was done with care, professionalism and all rubbish was removed from the house

I was talked through how to use the new system and also given the boiler user

Ryan came back a couple of days later to fit a Smart Hive Thermostat again fitted quickly and talked through usage

Very happy with the work and would highly recommend to anybody looking to have a new boiler fitted

I’d personally just like to thank the team of Jamie & Ryan at Hiveasy.
From the first home visit to explaining everything in clear detail & answering any questions I had, to the installation of my new boiler, was Grade A 5 star treatment.
Helpful every step of the way & their professionalism is second to none.
They made sure everything was working correctly and wouldn’t leave until satisfied every safety aspect and the working of the boiler was complete.
I’d also like to add that the after care is brilliant too, I had several questions & every time I text Jamie he responded in a helpful and professional way.
They also took old boiler, any packaging and left my home as they found it.
They bent over backwards to look after us and I’ll continue to use their service on yearly maintenance.

We had a boiler swap through Hiveasy. I’ll be honest they weren’t the cheapest quote we got however for the package they offered to us it was 100% the best value for money. I am definitely going to recommend to my family and friends and will be using them again!!
