I can't cancel my subscription!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Hix.ai and feel compelled to share my story.
Less than three days ago, I mistakenly signed up for a one-year subscription instead of the one-month plan I intended to purchase. The website did not display the final amount before processing the payment, which I believe is intentionally misleading.
After realizing the error, I immediately sent multiple urgent messages through my account, but I have received no response. Only after extensive research did I discover that I have just three days to cancel the subscription, using a complicated and confusing process. Despite following the provided instructions, I could not locate the billing section in my account. Either it is missing or hidden in a way that is different from the provided directions.
I find these practices to be deceptive and extremely frustrating. I have attached a screenshot of my profile page to my complaint but have yet to hear back from customer support. I insist that my subscription be canceled immediately, but given the poor response so far, I am not hopeful.
I just emailed supportathix.ai and hope for a prompt response. I haven’t used any part of my subscription and am eager to get a refund soon.
I strongly advise against using hix.ai due to their misleading practices and lack of customer support.

HANDS OFF! Very negative experience! HIX.AI charges me 63$ every month for NOTHING, I cancelled the free trial in time and have no subscription with them, nevertheless they charge me every month.

I regret to report my extremely negative experience with Hix.ai. Since March 2024 I have been unable to cancel my subscription or delete my account (after the platform's 3-day trial). Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team through their website and via email (support[at]hix.ai), I have received no response. They are charging me £22.80 monthly for a service I do not use, cannot cancel, and they do not provide any invoices or receipts for. FRAUD/SCAM - Avoid. I am reporting Hix.ai to 1) The UK Ombudsman Service, 2) Trading Standards, 3) The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), 4) The UK Police's Cyber Taskforce. I suggest users do the same in their geographic area so the individuals responsible are identified and arrested.

If a company doesn't give permission to cancel subscription then be afraid of them. You can't see any contact information or option for cancel subscription. I am wasting time to cancel nowadays. This was first but very important reality. Secondly, the service is not useful for academic or serious work. The quality is really poor. If you are sure your text will not be read okey you can use and it will not be detected. But how? I tried and for the long text it put Korean letters :). I bought one month and remembered I canceled but now it tries to charge next month. I can't contact.

Been using the program for a little while now. I didn't even turn off the laptop for the two weeks as I'm working on a very big assignment. The laptop was only on hibernation. But when I turned it on again earlier to continue my work, everything has disappeared expect for the heading.

I need help desperately and urgently. I am hoping the customer support could help retrieve the previously saved version.

I've tried emailing twice. Pls help. Pls Don not ask me to contact via email. I've already done that.

I recently bought 3 year plan and this site looks suspicious as there is no customer service information or contact us option on the website. Moreover, the output is of poor quality in terms of writing quality. No acknowledgement email on billing and despite contacting customer service (after finding info on google), I got the same response saying "I am currently on leave & will be back tomorrow" on first day and 2 days later which led to more suspicion. How can someone copy paste same response on 2 different days. I have all the screenshots of what I am talking just incase if they comeback and respond here. Hope this might help someone and doesn't fall in this.

Site just resells the OpenAI API. Use ChatGPT's GPT4o instead of this garbage (which is free), you will get much better outputs.

I took it for a quick write up, but they lost me. Hix promise and deliver that it bypass the AI. as I am not a big fan of AI write up I took it for test and when it failed to deliver an article that make sense it absolutely delivered AI bypassed writing but that totally sh***! Not human friendly nor make any sense and ended up a lot of manual re writing, non usable write up!

I immediately tried to contact with support for refund and they just asked me to tried couple of time and I tried the results were same, finally they didn’t refund my money and said I exhausted 1500 words so they can’t refund!!

While they tricked me to do so!

I'd want to cancel my Subscription . But there's no option to stop/end the subscription for which you will be charged automatically .

There is NO option to cancel. They’ve kept trying to take payment from me for the past few weeks and there is no option to cancel on their website, only choose more expensive plans.

I attempted to cancel my subscription within the refund policy period provided on their website. Unfortunately, I could not find an option to cancel my subscription on the website. Additionally, when I tried to contact them via email, I received an error message indicating that my message could not be delivered to their e-mail address because it was either invalid or unable to receive emails.
I also didn't receive a reply regarding this issue on the Facebook chat.

I was accidentally pressed the "ultimate" option and my credit card was charged ridiculously high. Tried to contact the support desk, but it was failed as it said that address doesn't exist. Tried to DM them on Facebook and X and they haven't replied back. My CC is automatically charged since I was alreadly subscribed for personal use. Have tried to cancelled it but unable to ask for refund. And I don't know how to contact them anymore since I have tried every possible way. Very disapponting. It feels like they deliberately tried to scam you with one click and you have to pay $400 for a month.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. whatever the hell this is there is no option to delete account and it does not show up as a browser extension (so i cannot delete it and get rid of this god forsaken thing). It legitimately gives me a pop up EVERY TIME i load ANY page. It has like a 50 word limit too, so u basically just get pop ups asking u to buy premium. completely useless and a complete scam. literally ruined chrome for me i now have to use safari for my finals.

too expensive and rewrite option is so bad. tried to refresh some articles and used this function, however the English is really bad (basically no person will ever write/talk like that). I definitely cannot use the output from Hix.ai to refresh my articles.
Some other functions are useful, however with a chatgpt plus account you can do any of those.
And is so expensive, to create a long-form article you need to pay separately, to rewrite is separately, to check if the article is human or not, separately and so on...

If you love your money, run from HIX.AI. Your paraphrased content is going to come out without any meaning and sometimes with information not related to what you posted in the first place.
