They were great in responding to my request and emailing me a shipping label. However, I never received the refund. I emailed back and explained the timeline. Customer service was great in responding and handling my refund as promised. There was a delay, and customer service kept me informed and up to date, communicating every step of the way. So while I didn't keep the product, the customer service was great, which is why I gave it 4/5.

Absolutely love the product and about a year after using it, I thought it had broke. I reached out to customer service and they walked me through every step to fix it! Now we’re back in action and enjoying a relaxing massage!!

This product is so painful to use. It causes headaches and dizziness. I have asked to return and the dont respond. I tried again today but based on these reviews I dont hold out much hope. How do you have a moneyback guarantee and then just ignore the request to return it.

Wonderful customer service! My massager stopped charging after a month. After I showed proof of this they shipped immediately and sent frequent emails with updates. Can’t wait to start using again! I love this product

Beware!!! The product they sent me didn’t work and they say they may keep up to $115 restocking fee for a product that they sent that didn’t work!!

The people at HiZoo were very helpful.
My original package was delivered to the wrong address and they sent me pictures so I could determine where it may have been delivered to.
I also sent them pictures of my front door and that I don’t have a porch.
They are sending me a brand new unit and it’s being delivered to my home address.
Hopefully the courier will get it correct so that I can receive my unit.

The product is great as long as you use it with a pillow case or some kind of barrier. I had literal skin breakdown because of it. Angelica from customer service was wonderful and responsive. Overall, I love the product and got the support I needed.

Don’t go anywhere near this company. They promote a money back guarantee but the product was awful - rubbed my neck so badly I got skin burn, then refused to refund. STAY AWAY.

I was a bit dubious at first but now that I’ve been using the massager for 2 months I can see and feel a difference in my neck and jawline.
Dealing with customer service is also good with prompt and professional replies.
