Ordered a door

Ordered a door, came in 100 pieces, Which was not named on their website. The door came from a company I did not want to buy from- as they are a 'middle man' they also did not name this on their website.
it was a cheap door- got what i paid for I guess.
Order was delayed a week in delivery and came in 2 different deliveries.
I contacted customer service- did not even get an apology of any kind. if I even got a verbal apology, I probably would of given a higher score.
The items finally showed up and we put it together- all fine. Last time shopping here

Delivered sofa looks different

Delivered sofa looks different from the pictures on the website. We tried to shape foams based on the company guidelines but minor change is occured. Also the assembly guideline paper is not obvious.
