Nice products and great customer relationship. No fifth star because of transporter. Delivery to France by DPD is such a nightmare...

Nice chair, poor delivery
The chair is very nice, easy to assemble. It rolls nicely and is very comfortable for large people. The company also sent me some spare parts (gas lift, screws, Torx key). On the other hand, the delivery took 13 days to arrive (Worms, Germany, to Paris). Apparently, the delivery person came to the house four times (different days) but failed to deliver the chair due to not having the entry code [!] (I was following the delivery’s site and sent all the info to the company after the first failed delivery, including my telephone number). The packaging was not so good and the parts were a little wet (nothing important). One part was spoiled (1/3 of the gas lift’ cap), but I’m not asking for a replacement since it is not necessary for the chair to work and a little scotch tape has done the trick.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery with DPD.
The general delivery period is only 2-4 business days.
Unfortunately we have no influence over delivery time after dispatch from our warehouse. We work in cooperation with recognized courier services to ensure the shortest possible delivery time. Under exceptional circumstances, however, delivery can exceed stated timeframe.
In such a case we are doing our best to clarify the parcel's shipment status and to issue a replacement delivery OR a refund.
It could be that the shipment has been delayed due to the damaging.
Of course you would not need to return the chair because of this damage. We can also send you the requested spare part free of charge.
Kindly send us a picture of the defect so we can properly identify the part needed and have proof for the manufacturer.
