I made a order. It was dispatched to courier. Courier delivered to wrong address. Killstar don't care. Having finally got a response to.my message - no contact number ofcourse - I was told not their problem, no offer if help or a replacement nothing. Now I'll left with photo of my package tapped to some unknown door in town I live. Will never buy from again, worst customer experience I've ever had.
I wish I could be writing a review about how much my wife loves her new suitcase (for when its safe to travel post Covid) but I am not. I have been waiting nearly a month for this to arrive and yet it has not.
In the beginning KillStar would reply with excuses that it was taking longer than usual (which I totally get) but then they generated a FedEx label yet never shipped anything and then blamed FedEx for "losing" the order. It's kinda hard for FedEx to lose something they never took possession of.
Then the email replies just stop. In looking at other reviews you either get a 5 star glowing review or someone saying they never got anything and are initiating a chargeback. I wish I was in the first group because my wife would have absolutely loved this coffin shaped suitcase, but it looks like she will never get it and I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and find her another quarantine gift.
If anyone from KillStar is reading this, reach out to me and make it right, and I will update this review. Based on previous contacts I doubt that will happen, but the offer stands.
