We placed an order for £50 at the weekend. They initially told us delivery time was 75 minutes. I rang direct to the takeaway after 90 minutes only to be told they only had one driver and that the food would not arrive for a further 30 minutes, after two hours the delivery came and staff were very rude. The meals were stone cold, chicken balls and spring rolls were overcooked and the salt and pepper chicken was only half portion….would not recommend and will never be going there again - tried to contact Foodhub on several occasions to complain however this is not possible as they say we ordered directly with the takeaway - SHOCKING Service.

Hk97 Pinxton are always very good meals and we order regularly. The staff always try and rectify any mistakes they currently only have one driver so things can be a little behind but our foods always got here freshly cooked

We have used this takeaway for over 5 years but not any longer. The food and service used to be good but has gone downhill drastically in the past 8 months or so. Every order placed within the past few months have always been delivered late, taking between 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours to arrive. The food has been cold and has had to be heated up before it can be eaten. Whenever you phone up to chase the order, you get told it is on its way. The latest excuse from the takeaway is that they are a driver down. Funny that this happens every time we ordered. Advise people to use a different Chinese takeaway and avoid this takeaway like the plague.
