The brace appeared to be new, however, it did not come in an original package and there were no instructions (as I have seen with other SB products). Additionally, the bag that it came in had been taped closed and then cut open (perhaps this was the reason for the discounted price, but it was not advertised as a used or returned item). Besides that, the brace fit very tightly on the weapon and it also locked into the open position tightly with a positive click. It is easy to release the lock and close the brace to the opposite side. Overall, I'm satisfied with the brace.

It didn’t come in new packaging came loose in a HKP bag. Had a slight indentation on the top rubber piece from day one. Expected a new in retail box product, but it works and feels good

This brace is quite sturdy and seems like it will last a while. For 100$ it seems like money well spent, I sort of wish it was compatible with the k model but it’ll do. I’ve shot with it and it stays locked in place so no complaints
