Let’s get the major negative out of the way, it simply does not fit on an SP5k without having to file down the flats that ride in the channel. There was another review on this that was 100% correct, it is a couple millimeters too thick. I took the time to file it to size and once I corrected it, it works well. Now the good, the size and the shape of the charging handle perfectly accomplished my goal to prevent pinching my thumb on my MFI optic rail. I am happy with the result despite having to make modifications to make it fit.

The handle is fine. It does exactly what it's supposed to do giving you an extended grip. However, it needs to be fitted to your gun requiring filing which takes off the finish.

compared to the factory charing handle, these are so much easier to use, HK built a first class weapon but short changed on the charging handle ,

It's a little pricy compared to others but I'm a believer in getting what you pay for. The only issue I have with it, is that the longer the handle is the more leverage it puts on the cocking tube causing a little drag. It's really only noticeable when recocking the hammer spring.
