OPGELICHT en met schade achtergelaten.

Op het adres De Finnen 2 in Grou staan meerdere bedrijven geregistreerd die zich direct of indirect bezighouden met de recycling en doorverkoop van elektronica.

Via BOL.com heb ik bij Electrowinkel (welke eveneens op dit adres gevestigd is maar wordt nergens vermeld) een krachtige HP NVIDIA Quadro K2000 2 GB GDDR5 grafische videokaart gekocht.
Bij het openen van het pakket viel direct op dat deze kaart niet nieuw was.
Naar aanleiding daarvan heb ik via BOL.com contact opgenomen, waarna mij werd verzekerd dat het product wél nieuw zou zijn.
De uitkomst laat zich raden: de videokaart bleek defect.
Retour sturen hoefde blijkbaar niet meer, maar intussen heeft dit mij wel een complete de- en herinstallatie van mijn computer gekost, met alle overlast van dien.
