You get what you pay for (cheaper service as of now)

I should have done more research before trusting them with a larger order and cancelling my previous arrangements, especially since I needed next-day delivery.

The communication has been extremely poor—they stop answering calls, and their logistics are questionable. It’s hard to understand how they operate.

They confirmed next-day delivery or the day after before I placed the order, but it has now been four days and still with no firm delivery date. They continue to give new delivery dates they clearly can't meet or have no confidence in fulfilling.
After numerous calls being ignored 2 emails acknowledged and so many missed calls I wait.
