Love basics collection of HM

Love basics collection of HM. Quality is good, natural material. But. I don't like their their company policy about prices. In store and online is different. Sometimes in store price on cashier could be higher price tag. With delivery never had problems.

A package disappeared

A package disappeared. I can't contact you to try to get a refund, and for some reason you expect me to jump through hoops in order to get in touch with anyone.
Is it even legal to make having an account a requirement for dealing with you? I'm sure it isn't.
TL;DR You need to stop using Budbee immediately because this is ridiculous.

Delivery disaster

I made an order 2 weeks ago. First H&M has a delay with sending the items and then Budbee is having delays at delivering the items.

I get no response from Budbee when contact them about this. I then approached H&M, I first have to queue for 45min before I can talk to an employee who then said that I just have to wait. I was told shipping will be 7-8 days when I placed my order. It has been 14 now.

No help, no solution, no compensation. At least other retaillers offer a discount on your order when such huge delays happen.

H&M pathetic store

H&M online store sent the items via Budbee. Via their app I see that their delivery car came outside my house. I opened the door, for 10 minutes the guy tried to shuffle things in car and then just left. I placed my order on 26 June but no delivery even until 8 July 2022. Tomorrow is my son's birthday and he don't have the T-shirt to wear. I called the customer care but they are failed to give any solution by which I can pick / reorder again to get the T-shirts by tomorrow. I will not be placing order again with H&M.

H&M gets worse and worse every day

Budbee didn’t delivered a package, they ask me to wait, the package is missing and they don’t want to refund the money.
Support is really unuseless, the delivery method is awful and they asked me to just ‘wait’ because maybe I’ll get the package (??????), this is crazy.
Last week I tried to return something in a store in Amsterdam, they can’t accept online orders anymore, there’s no info in the website.
H&M gets worse and worse everyday.

Is the worst delivery company ever
Budbee is a DISASTER
5 days of trying to deliver the package, making ridiculous excuses, and the package is still not here. i will never deliver from h&m again if they continue working with Budbee

Never buy from HM online

Never, Never never buy from HM Online because you will receive the package at least a week later and if they forget to send the package, they will not return the money for at least a month later.

I wouldn't buy online

I wouldn't buy online. You won't get your money back in 14 days when you return an item. They will say "I see that you return is not processed and we can book a return manually after 2 weeks. Do you have a proof?"Every other big brand pays you back immediately, I don't even check anymore. But with this one, you need to put a lot of effort. Keep proof of return, check bank account, count 14 days, try to reach them, write again. No, never again. P.S. Don't tell me to send you the order information again. I already did. I just don't accept this taking so long and I don't believe it is a mistake. I could have forgotten to check my bank account and then guess what. Ok, enough said. No more.

Hilversum shop: Unfriendly staff

Hilversum shop:
1. Disinterested, unfriendly and unhelpful staff every single time I have been there. In years of being a customer I've only once encountered someone who was polite and helpful at the specific shop.
2. Could have more dressing rooms and some sort of supervision. More than once I've encountered large groups of teenage girls gathered around one changing booth screaming and shouting, throwing a party in there and blocking the other changing rooms and corridor. It's not exactly a pleasant way to shop with people blocking you, screaming and pushing the curtain of your changing room.
3. Webshop ok. Not the fastest, but reasonable shipping time. My vouchers and loyalty points never seem to be updated or added correctly so I've missed out on several discounts.

Paid order that was out of stock

Order a set of lingerie! I paid both the bra and Panties. But the matching bra was out of stock, I discovered when it got to me. so i bought the same bra in a diverent size. I cut the label of the panties and ordered even an extra matching one because I liked them. Then AGAIN only recievd the panties, and not the bra (out of stock again) (I heard again after paying).
So I now have 2 panties and NON matching bra. I e-nailed customer service and they said, that they’re sorry that the system is corrupt.. I don’t need that, I need a matching bra. (This bra was bright red, so no other store had the same color bra)

Website does not work well at all

Website does not work well at all. Does not let choose the size, color.
No customer service to help out with technical issues.

Return is slow and takes long time to get any reaction or update.

The app does not work as well so it leaves a no option to order anything online from their actual website.

My order still not dispatched after 6 days!!

I ordered on 19th March and status is still ‘wordt verwerkt’….delivery should only take 2-3 days!! I emailed customer service twice in the past two days but no answer!! Also in the evening of 23rd March I was unable to login to my account to check the status because the effing H&M website could not handle the number of visitors! And I really don’t care that it is busy due to sale, maybe you should invest in improving your services because this is effing poo.
