Just recently the government said it…

Just recently the government said it is increasing help for social care in the community.
How come as a disabled person my local council are increasing all help :- care in home and travelling to centres that give help,meals and awareness because the government are not giving the council enough funds.people on PIPS will have to pay out as they are not classing it as "not income related" they are classing it as unearned income so tens of hundreds will pay for SOCIAL CARE be aware.
