This Journey Started about 4 years ago when Richard first started. I joined the Lives on Tiktok at first then joined the Discord. I got into the group and took off from there. For literally almost the same price as Netflix OR Disney plus a month (19.99) I’ve learned from start to finish on closing on a property that I got for 2k down which was in payments with the seller. The whole community that is within the Discord is there for 24 hour questions and help and connections in other states. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you. I literally made 480 a month on ROI off that property.

It's not guaranteed money, but if you put in effort, you will get deals. Richard is very helpful with answering questions/teaching the different methods on livestreams. He helps my brother and me on many deals, and he explains the process in a very straightforward way. If it were not for my brother getting me involved with HMHW, I wouldn't have been able to do things I've wanted/travel.

So from the very first time I saw Richard and how he did stuff I was extremely intrigued and I have wanted to be a part of real estate most of my life. Since I was a little kid and I used to watch Carlton sheets zero money down program and I thought yeah one day I'll grow up and I'll do that and I think that ended up being a scam,but when I started seeing him do it the way he does it it just start to make so much sense so I signed up for the program and a month or two it went by and I forgot all about it and I didnt pull the trigger and i have a lot of health issues. I'm still dealing with them now but I'm making real progress on them but lately everyday I'm looking at more and more content and I'm like,I know he says it's a simple and a 12-year-old could do it, why cant i? just make a call and I always make excuses about why I haven't done it yet but I have a big medical procedure tomorrow. once I get the results of that I feel like it's time to stop procrastinating and do the simple things he says to do and how he layes it out so clearly, anybody can do this.
So I'm done procrastinating and like the old saying goes, is it going to be one day or day one well tomorrow's my day one and after I start I'll probably kick myself in the butt realizing that I took too long to start this but at least I will have started. Again its extremely intriguing and makes you think like if someone else can do it I surely can do it what makes them better than me. well it's just ambition, it's taking the chance, it's having structure and it putting your best self forward, so tomorrow I take the step in achieving one of my childhood dreams.
Just remember everybody is self-made but only the successful like to admit it, and I'm tired of not being successful...

This is a good program and great community
Other people are charging thousands of dollars for programs that are not half the value of this.

One thing that they really shine at is the engagement in the groups. It's extremely nice to feel so wanted and welcomed. In a world filled with apathy, the sheer amount of empathy and humanity this team has is enough to make anyone feel right at home.

Can’t go wrong! I haven’t been in the community long but have already used techniques members of the community have taught me as well as repeating things I see Richard do on live. He’ll even help you close deals and find buyers! Don't buy 2 cups of Starbucks and you pretty much have enough to change your future. It’s insane how quickly it comes and it’s pretty much repetition at that point. Worse case scenario you can spend 4 months ($80) to learn how to make 6-7 figures

BRO THE BEST GROUP YOU COULD EVER JOIN FOR 20 LOWSY DOLLARS!! Nah fr though I’m 18 on house arrest and I was able to pay off my lawyer call my bluff. I will say though if you dont have money like 0$ you will need to contribute more time than others like me but its all worth it youll be compensated trust🤞🏽.

It’s a good community to teach the Creative Side of wholesaling I started with wholesaling with enterprise elite on Cash Deals
Then I Got into wholesaling land with the Werner brothers but I never did any Section-8
Or more Complex Deals until I was apart of this community be-it seller finance owner finance or Some Hybrid Deal when it comes to creative no one can speak more about it or teach it but Rich that’s my tried and true testament to this
