I have been dealing with Palak Suthar for many years and I must say she’s really helpful very efficient and the company is very lucky to have her.

The Luton Branch of HML have provided us with a very professional and friendly service in the letting out of our Dunstable property . As new landlords we opted for full management and our initial visit from David was very knowledgeable, offered us some excellent advice and was reassuring.
Following on Michael has kept us very well informed and communicates promptly any issues that have arisen with the property that can then be actioned.

I have been dealing with HML for a very long time. Some of the people that I have dealt with in the past were not pleasant but in the last few years everyone has been very professional.

My apartment has been rent out through HML for years. In compared to my previous rental agent, HML is much more reliable. I have to say thank you to their professional management team, especially to Lucy Ward and Linda Code. Both of them are fully trustful and highly recommended to support any property rental and sales and purchase transactions.

I have been renting from HML for nearly a year now with my friend, they have been utterly wonderful. Responsive, friendly, helpful and they really look after us all on these row of houses that rent from them.

We are over the moon with their service!

Lucy Ward is extremely efficient and "user friendly" when dealing with our lettings account. She is always happy to answer any queries in a timely fashion.

We had a really good experience with HML, the viewing was good, Charlotte was very patient, thoughtful and nice to us during the entire process. After letting the house the team was also very supportive and fast in giving answers or fixing any problems we found after moving. The house was in a very good state when we moved and all small issues we found were sorted same or next day after moving. Five stars!!

Charlotte and the team at HML are an absolute pleasure. Always responsive; if there is an issue in the property, they get it fixed quickly. Above all, they are just lovely people.

Sharon at HML has been extremely helpful in any issues that we have needed to raise. Always prompt in getting the issues resolved so there is minimal delays/ inconvenience. Very happy with Sharon's accomodating and friendly nature. Overall Sharon and her colleagues are a great team.

I've been with HML Luton ever since they took over from Thornes. Overall, it has been a positive experience so far. Whenever I report an issue, it does get sorted out. The only problem at times has been the lack of communication as I had to chase things up with emails and phone calls that were not answered or returned. If not for David, I'm not sure how long things would have taken. He is always a pleasure to deal with, goes out of his way to help and nothing is too much trouble.

We have had an amazing service from Samantha when we rented our property all the process was smooth and we are very pleased with this agency.
We would definetly encourage other people to try their services.

Sharon reed at hml Romford has always been a pleasure the woman has gone above and beyond with keeping me in tenancy and helping me will all issues! They are a great company and really would recommend!

Linda and the team have managed my properties for a number of years and have proved themselves to be invaluable time and time again. They even helped me through the entire process when I needed to make a claim through my rental insurance making it a painless process of what could've been a nightmare had I not had them onboard sharing their advice and expertise. The entire team have always been professional, informative and efficient in every aspect and Linda has certainly gone above and beyond on many occasions.

We Had a recent home visit From Tracy and Linda to our home and had a issue with a window and the back door. Both where replaced within a few weeks with an upgraded spec and looks really nice and is definitely saving on the heating bills. The fitters where quick and did a very good job. Thank you
