My dad's boiler had not been serviced for a while so I contacted HMM as I was worried about any gas leaks. A gentleman named Rob performed a full service of the boiler, he was great and really knew his stuff, and spent the time to explain everything to my elderly dad. The rates were very reasonable and the team in the office were extremely polite. I will 100% put my trust in this company for any future works.
Had the unfortunate pleasure of having to dealing with this shocking company! and not through own doing as wouldn’t have looked at this company!
They Have installed a 93 year old vulnerable lady a boiler which turns out to have been installed incorrectly! and now don’t want to accept that one it’s installed incorrectly or do they want to comply with customer to sort the boiler and make it SAFE!
The receptionist Angela wow what a delight she is!! strongly suggest the manager/owner sends this lady on a customer service skills course as she has 0 skills when dealing with customers. I mean to say to a customer “I can’t be arsed to deal with you” and then hang up says a lot about the staff and company and how they seem to feel it’s ok to treat paying customers this way
If you have used this company for a boiler install or anywhere near your boilers I strongly recommend calling Gas Safe in to double check their work!
Would avoid using this company at all costs!
The partnership with a total nonsense company like CargoX should be completely called off, once and for all!!
Our charity has been using HMM for over 6 years, they are highly efficient and extremely professional.
They have a team of experienced staff who can sort all your gas and electrical needs whether it be for commercial or residential properties.
