scam

hi so these dresses are made in china. when i got the package i didn’t even realize it was the dress(it finally came after 3 months) and the packaging was very dry bad. The bag said it was made in china as well as the label. this brands a scam

Would NOT recommend

Would NOT recommend. Absolutely shocking quality for the price. Fell in love with the inka gown and thought it was gorgeous so decided to purchase despite the price.
Bought the dress for a ball but before I got there, when I was just sitting on the bus ,the back of the dress/zip burst despite it being the right size for me.
I had to go the whole night with pins keeping my dress up. Many people tried to fix it but it just would not be fixed. I was very upset.

The dress also started bubbling after only trying it on once or twice(wasn’t washed).
I also payed 100€ customs for this dress when it was only delivered in a tiny package.
Don’t be fooled by the look of the dresses online because they are nothing like that when you receive them.

Express shipping is a joke

I ordered the Sam set and paid $15 for express shipping (1-4 days) and received my ordered 8 days after!! I came to find out that they simply used AusPost and not a courier so not sure where my money went. I needed it for an event that happened 6 days after I placed my order and had to rent the set in a different pattern. When wearing the set it did not feel $300 worth with such little and basic material used. AND I cannot get a refund and have to get a store credit.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Paid nearly $400 for a dress. Was too small so I returned it. They don't have the stock to provide an exchange and are ignoring my emails and are not providing a refund.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both…

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times were a huge mistake. Never again, save your stress levels and money and stay away from this company. I ordered a full priced item, with no discount codes and paid $33 express shipping for it to Adelaide. They did not send until a week later. I received the item 11 days after order confirmation. I emailed asking why I paid express shipping for the item to not be dropped to the post office until a week later and they didn’t respond.

The item didn’t fit so I used their returns portal requesting an exchange (abiding by their store policy) and they denied it with no reason given. I emailed multiple times asking why as my request is in lines with their policy and they never responded. They simply do not care, they just want your money.

Unacceptable breaches and appalling customer service.

Their returns policy is in breach of consumer law. This was acknowledged and action is currently being taken by the ACCC. The legal policies on the website are generated by a template and grossly inaccurate and a breach of Australian Contract Law, I encourage all representatives to read these before they are removed.
The returns process is OCP automated and is highly scripted, which contains accessible consumer information and unsecure.
I would encourage anyone to stay away until these issues are resolved and they have been addressed by the business owners personally.
The customer service is upon the worst many have experienced, with the pricing of the items, a representative is needed. Customer service speaks volumes. Beware. -Samuel (Consumer Representative)

Highly recommend this brand!

Highly recommend this brand! The quality is excellent and the customer service team is so lovely, in store and online! I have made 3 purchases already and will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Truly the nicest brand that care about their customers!

Wrong dress and no reimbursement

My daughter ordered a prom dress, the wrong dress was sent. They made her ship it back and it cost $70 USD. They said they would reimburse her / me, I Never received the money and they have stopped communication with me even though I have sent them numerous bank statements showing NO deposit was ever made , I tried for months to get my money back.

They also took away the coupon that she had on her first dress saying, the discount should’ve never been applied, that’s not my daughters fault and they should’ve given her the second dress at the same price considering they sent her the wrong Dress.
The quality of the dress for the cost is downright silly. It is cheaply made and no way should be over $200. She can get the same dress for $29 on any other website. The customer service is terrible. With paying for shipping and getting rid of the coupon we end up spending $350 on this dress I would not recommend ordering from them ever.

Ordered last minute and they alert able…

Ordered last minute and they alert able to express ship an hour later for me so it would arrive in time for my event! Quality just as described and fit me perfectly! So happy can’t wait to purchase again.

Such a disappointing company

Such a disappointing company, such gorgeous pieces, but shocking quality and prices. Customer service is awful, online and in store, felt ignored and looked down on which lead me to leaving store. Sizing chart is hugely off, im usually an xs/s and barely fit a large corset!!!! very disappointed . Also, haven’t received a refund for a dress i hired in 2022, given up at this point as stores opening hours are also false and never open even when they say they are. Very disappointing and hoping to see an improvement on this.

My favourite brand. Highly recommend

I have just purchased the Gaia Gown in Azul and I honestly can't wait to receive my order! I have made 7 purchases with HNTR and every product has exceeded my expectations. Absolutely love all of my pieces, amazing quality and honestly the best customer service team out there. The staff are always so friendly and helpful when I shop in store.

I ordered the Inka Gown and it's just…

I ordered the Inka Gown and it's just arrived, it fits beautifully with clever cutting and flattering details. The fabric feels nice and the colour is true to website photos. I'll be ordering from HNTR again as the price was more reasonable than other brands offering formal gowns!

Do not order from HNTR the label

I can't express the disappointment of dealing with this company enough.

I ordered the Gaia gown in 'wine' for $395. When I ordered the dress, it came with damaged straps. I contacted them via their only contact method - email. I was told to just return it and pay for the shipping to send it back. Once I sent the dress back they told me that the dress was out of stock and that I would have to wait until it is restocked and order it myself. Once I reordered the dress, I was sent the wrong one.

I have been in contact with them through email and their only way of resolving this was giving me a refund.

HNTR the label has awful customer service and do not put the happiness or satisfaction of their customers first. Along with this, the quality of the dresses are not good. They are thin and feel cheap.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Ordered an outfit, paid extra for express shipping-received email saying it was shipped with tracking number. Australia post had no record of parcel, told me shipping number had been generated but that’s it. Emailed company and no response, after numerous emails and commenting on insta finally received response saying money will be refunded. Shocking customer service!

Stay away

Stay away. I ordered the Gaia Gown and it did not fit right and looks cheap with a polyester sheen. Not worth the price. Within two days of receiving the dress I submitted a return request. I did not hear back for two days and when they responded, they said my request was denied. I tried to submit a request for a store credit and it was denied. In fine print on the website it requires that you return an item within six days of receipt. This policy makes it impossible for you to return or submit your item in time for store credit. Also, what website does not allow for returns? And you have to do a separate search for their return policy, which is clearly intentional. Absolutely look elsewhere for a dress.
