Its a lovely kit - very easy to build. It is also an old kit - been available for many years - and a few of the mouldings have a little flash, which is easy to remove with a sharp hobby knife. As supplied the plastic for the main body of the building is a plain colour - the photograph shows a painted version with the two different properties being painted in different colour. The finished product will benefit tremendously if translucent paper is added to the windows to mimic net curtains or internal walls are added to create the impression of rooms. This way it is not possible to see the inside all the way through. I am also adding black paper inside the cream walling as that way I can add internal lighting.
