I sent an email to point out 2 things: no option to pay by debit card was offered nor was the 'free shipping' on an order over £40 accounted for.
Not only has there been no response but my basket has been emptied for good measure.

I initially encountered some problems in navigating their web site. But all was resolved after speaking to Mr. Moffat. He was very helpful. The paints I ordered with him, promptly arrived a few days later.

Got there in the end, but very slow delivery and poor communication.
Aside from the automated order confirmation emails, there was no communication. I specifically ordered from Hobbies247 because they boasted same day dispatch and Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. In the end it took 4 days for the order to arrive. No tracking information was provided in the confirmation emails either.

Evri first gave me a delivery time between 14.30 to 15.30.
Which they failed to achieve.
Then an amended delivery between 18.30 to 19.30
Again failed to achieve.
Both on 12th Jan.
Still down for delivery in their email, but no up date since yesterday evening.
Now no idea when/ if I will receive my parcel
