Customer service was friendly and helpful with excellent follow up. I had an issue with a technical service glitch on a Saturday that needed IT assistance. Kristine said it would be taken care of on Monday and voila, on Monday she contacted me to say the problem was resolved. I was very impressed with her thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Satisfying service and stunning products
Product quality and the customer service is doubtfully good. Let alone the wools are stunning beautiful, fast shipping and shipment status of the goods is also keep updating to the keen-to-receiving-the-parcel knitter. The wool are nicely packed with a sweet hohbbi candy inside. Very heart warming :)

The quality of the yarn is great and…
The quality of the yarn is great and communication was also good. The first package was missing some yarns, but after reaching out to the Hobbii team, they send them quite quickly. Some of the colors. I felt didn't quite match what was shown on the website, so now I have 2 blues that are very similar (despite looking more different on the site). All in all, okay!
