Unwanted Sales Contact

Despite clearly stating that I was not interested, I continued to receive repeated and unsolicited calls from the sales team. The persistent and overly aggressive approach has been intrusive and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated.

I learned that the payment I made for…

I learned that the payment I made for an advertisement they gave on Instagram for a for coca cola pack + fridge sale. But I found out ou made me a member of a club we didn't want. Then I asked for a refund. But they did not do it. This company is a scammer.
Their latest mail :
"Hello Zafer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We sincerely appreciate your feedback. We understand that there may be some confusion regarding how our subscription system works, and we apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.

After reviewing your account in detail, we found that a subscription was started and then canceled. As stated in our terms of service, our trial period offers limited access and automatically converts to a full membership if not canceled during the trial period. An email notification was sent during registration to clarify this procedure.

As a gesture of goodwill and in consideration of your concerns, we are offering a full refund of your membership fee, which we believe is the best solution at this time. In accordance with our policy, we kindly request that you delete your reviews before the refund is processed. This step is crucial because, unfortunately, we have encountered many instances where customers have not updated their reviews after receiving a refund. This situation can unfairly impact our brand's reputation, even if the issue has been resolved.
In light of the steps we have taken to resolve this issue, we kindly request that you consider removing your public reviews or reviews, as they may continue to affect our platform even after the issue has been resolved.

“IMPORTANT: The deletion of the review is to ensure that your refund is processed within 3-5 days, depending on your bank’s processing speed. It serves as important evidence for our Payment Department. If for any reason this does not happen, you can re-rate and rewrite your review.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Once your review is deleted, we will process your refund immediately and you will receive it within 5-7 business days.

But, they didn't make any payment.

JOIE help me a lot

JOIE help me a lot, i was victim of a fraud in a promotion in facebook and it makes me pay a lot of money in this platform that i dont want, the hobby club has a policy of no return money so i was so upset, but Joie help me with that.

This is one BIG SCAM - Be Careful

This is one BIG SCAM - They fraudulently take money out of your account. Without your authorizing or approving it - report as FRAUD AND SCAM! Be careful opening anything on their site as they scam you - I had 4 unauthorized transactions deducted from my account - card is now cancelled and this is THEFT! Be Careful! Police case to follow ....
