Unfortunately I was signed up to this site as part of a scam via Facebook. I then continued to be charged amounts from my bank account after cancelling the account. I have recently been told due to this, they will refund me the amounts once leaving a review. I hope by doing this, I will then receive my refund.

Went to make one off purchase, no signs of the order, then before you know it, I got an email saying I had signed up for for a monthly subscription which would be converted into credits. Had to cancel with my bank but to late for 1st subscription, contacted them but no reply, avoid like the plaque.

When I contacted this company and I was very confused, what really happened cause I did not have a clue that I subscribed with them. The catalogue which didn’t have any idea.
To my plight the customer advisor, was patient enough hearing my side as I was explaining, that I saw funds were paid from my account unaware. What really made me happy during the chat with one of the lady who helped me. She managed taking this to her supervisor, whom I believe granted that I get the refund back. I was told though it’s not their policy doing that but in my case, the company obliged helping me.

Complete SCAM - BEWARE
Clicked on a link on tiktok to buy what I thought was a water bottle.
Chose the colour, entered my address and card details, authorised the payment on my bank and it asked me to authorise a further £2 payment, almost straight away, which I declined.
Tried to online chat, at which point the online "assistant" told me I had ordered a subscription and had a gift card to use.
I asked them to cancel this and not take any further payments from my account.
They said my request to cancel would be processed in 14 working days.
By this point I had received an email telling me they would be debiting my account by €47 in 3 days, for this apparent subscription.
I have had to cancel my card and request the bank stop all future payments.
