Fair prices, quick service.

I ordered a product of this website 4 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped 😭 2 star review because I emailed them and they did reply to me and are offering me a refund so i am thankful for that, not sure if all there orders take this long to ship but I have never had to wait 4 weeks for something to be shipped.

Terrible communication, items not posted, phone calls and emails ignored.

Called 3 times, left on the ringer for
5 minutes, 10 minutes and 10 minutes respectively.

I've opened a dispute with paypal.

If you're thinking about ordering from this place, try to call it first. You'll realise nobody answers and you'll start wondering if its a legit company and how they got so many positive reviews!

Child played twice with rc boat and now not working. Contacted them for help and after four days still no response.

What a terrible business!!
I ordered ONE item that was in stock and selected express delivery so I would receive it in time. 2 weeks later I still had no communication from them so I sent an inquiry email. 2 days later I received a reply stating that they still hadn't shipped my order, that my order was "currently with warehouse for dispatch and will be underway to you as soon as possible" and "every order is different and some do take longer than others to pick and pack" (remember only 1 item) and "I am currently unable to provide an estimated dispatch time - it may be today, however it may also take more time". I was given the option to get refunded and cancel the order, which I replied with a Yes. A week later I received another email saying that the order had now been dispatched and that they could not now refund. Absolutely disgraceful!!

In the meantime, while waiting for my refund, I ordered the same item from Mighty Ape, who sent me a notification that night stating the order had been dispatched.

Avoid!!!! Paid for express postage 11 days ago and still not posted and not answering emails. Trying to get my money back. Terrible business. I need my refund so I can actually purchase it from the shop but knowing my luck they will post it in 3 weeks time and I'll have 2.

I've purchased from hobby warehouse on two occasions and both times they came through with the goods . Great service, great products.

Prompt and professional Service

I lodged my order through ebay on 14/11. I received a message on 16/11 saying it had been sent and expect delivery 19/11. I waited until 22/11 before I asked for the tracking number. On the 23/11 I was given a tracking number but was unable to track the package. 24/11 tracking details stated it had been sent on the 23/11. I finally received my package 3/12. Lucky I chased it up, otherwise it may not have been sent at all. Not a good 1st experience, more than likely my last.
