No good experience since can’t access your services from my location

I had no idea about this company and they make me a membership without my knowledge and start taking money €6.95 to pay the membership I didn't know ever existed. I ask to cancel the membership and send me the money back and they only send it half of the money €3.48. they said my membership was cancelled but they taking again for the 2nd time €6.95. I ask to give my money back and they said the money will be stay in website as credit to use in online purchases. 😡 That's make me mad because I just want my money back. I don't want to buy anything from your website. You shouldn't take people's money without permission. You should call first to notify.

Due to my carelessness I have taken out a subscription here. This was not the intention. One short email to the support team was enough to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. Great service

i hade one issue with a drawing from my bancaccount. i sent them an enail and told them to cancell my account and that i havent bought anything from them. a girl, Emily helped me and i am very glad for that! now i only wish to get my money back, about 430SEK.
