Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers, shoes are Chinese, tried cancelling order but they refused and offered discount, Customer service is a joke, avoid at all loll cost. Shoes have been refused at delivery, but they insist insigned for them but cannot actually show me my signature. Reported them to credit card provider and Facebook for false advertising.

Reading through the website was easy

Reading through the website was easy, all information I needed was presented to make an informed decision! I chose a pair of boots and a pair of sneakers. I am really pleased with them, colour as described and sizing correct - thank you!

delivered at 22:14, then went missing.

The Parcel was delivered at 22:14 at night. And just left behind a plant pot.
When checking in the morning the parcel was missing.
Contacted customer services and there response was to just to say contact the police. There was no care that they'd used a courier with such a poor service and they had no interest in my missing parcel.
I'd spent £80 on 2 pairs of shoes and I am now without them.
I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.

I ordered a pair of Hobibear boots from…

I ordered a pair of Hobibear boots from Amazon for the winter because of plantar fasciitis in my right foot, but they caused a sore on my left toe. The boots are flexible and comfortable, and my right foot feels fine, but now I have pain in the bone near my left big toe. I’ve stopped wearing them for now, and it’s been three days to let the sore heal. I’m planning to try them again next week. I’m quite disappointed, but I’ll give them another chance and start wearing them again from Monday.

Misleading Sizing / Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Watch out for the sizing which is completely misleading.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my son. Both UK size 7. I did check the sizing chart for the trainers and ordered after checking they will fit my son. When they arrived the trainers where toddler shoes but the other pair would have fit me. After complaining they just referred to their sizing chart and said I would have to pay for the return.

Awful customer service

Another customer who should have read reviews first!
I ordered 3 pairs all the same size, I ordered a half size up based on comments on the website.
They took weeks to arrive, all too big for me size wise so had to return. You can only contact customer service via email and due to them being in china I only had responses during the night UK time.
They were quite persistent in trying to get me to keep the footwear and sell on..offering 20%, then 30% discount when I refused.
They eventually supported a return address for Germany, but I had to send photos of the footwear first..
I'm just about to return so fingers crossed I actually get my refund.

Worst returns even

Worst returns even. They send you various emails trying to make you keep the shoes and when you decline you then receive more emails explaining your parcel might either be incinerated on return(!!!) Or not even received ans you won't get a refund. How they function as a company is beyond me. Its awful.

Fraudulent UK shop shipping straight from China

My mistake that I didn’t check where this shop is really based!! It has a UK domain but they send your order directly from China. Out of principal, I wanted to return the order as I don’t want to support this kind of fraudulence. However, if you want to return an item you need to pay shipping to Germany and customs duties which as per the company can be very high. So they basically trick you into keeping it.

Do not purchase from this company !

The website is design to look like a UK company but the shoes took weeks to come all the way from China, they were very badly packed in just plastic bag and the return in UK is not possible. If they don't fit you you you will be asked to send them back to Germany and pay the custom charges.

When I asked if I can return my shoes I received message saying :
"Please note that if you decide to return the item, you will need to pay for return shipping and customs duties to Germany. Since we currently do not have a suitable warehouse in the UK, this cost may be high."!

The shoes are great but the customer…

The shoes are great but the customer service is atrocious. I ordered a pair of shoes back in August and was going to order again for their Black Friday sale; only to discover at checkout it said my items couldn’t be delivered here. Odd, considering I ordered no problem a couple months prior. Their website lists no shipping restrictions anywhere I saw, and nowhere did it say they no longer shipped to Alaska. So I contacted customer service with a screenshot of the error message, to be told the location is suddenly too remote. Even though they have warehouses (at least one) in the US, and they literally ship all over. I don’t understand how I was able to order previously but now I’m not.

Poor customer service

I am another one who should h
Ave read the reviews as i certainly would not of used them. I have tried to contact them concerning a delivery address issue and even though I mailed them within 5 minutes of the order being placed they came back that it had been despatched and basically tough luck. I wrote again and to date have had no response their web chat does not work and they do not give any way of phoning them. Bit late for me but if you are thinking about using them my advice would be look elsewhere.

They lie on their website

This company falseley advertises their products as barefoot shoes and refuses to fulfil refunds. Their shoes are not barefoot. They are hard and their soles do not offer the "flexibility" their website claims. Their harder than average boots. Their website returns policy claims they will cover the shipping the costs if the return is due to the quality of the shoes however when I have tried to return them due to their poor quality they have refused to accept shipping costs and said that if their delivered to their local post office instead of their warehouse they won't refund because they can't get to the post office apparently. They are liars and scammers and have no qualms breaking consumer laws to pocket your money.

So far I’ve been unable to return or get a refund

The shoes themselves are okay, their fit is a bit odd. I have tried to return a pair which I didn’t like the colour of when they arrived. Customer services offered me a part refund which I accepted. They then reduced the amount offered and are now not providing me with the return information.

Advertised size is wrong & stated measured size in the size chart was wrong.

I was a return customer for a third time. However, Hobibear refused to accept the shoes back from my last purchase in *violation of their own return policy* which states they will pay for shipping if there is a "Quality" issue. I sent them photographic evidence at their request that the shoes were manufactured shorter than the lengths listed on the size chart for the model, and they have argued that the photos show the size they state, which is objectively false. (?!?) I requested to have my return escalated to a manager and they stopped responding. I'm now reporting the to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising, and leaving a low review with Trust Pilot. I'm just getting started with my internet campaign to illustrate their lack of customer support. I will also steer ALL my clients away from this brand. I have the emails and photos to prove my claim. They follow the typical business practices of other China made products where they avoid returns and advise you to try and sell the shoes...
