Keine Retour/Reparatur und Freundlichkeit
Ich habe eine Hose von Bauer gekauft. Nur nach dreimal Anziehen eine Seite des Gürtels wurde komplett beschädigt und musste zurücksenden. Nach drei Monate habe ich darüber gefragt und kam die Antwort, dass sie nicht zurücknehmen kann, da die Initialen schon beschriftet wurden. Drei monate keine Erklärung, Reapartur o. Tipps und habe einfach diese beschädigte Hose zurückerhalten, sogar ohne Gürtelteile!!! Sehr freundlich!!!!!
