So far so good
So far all my interactions with Hoen are good. I'm satisfied with living in this apartment.
I submitted repair requests with detailing what my responsibility is and what is not, for instance something broken by the previous tenant before I moved in. Hoen sent someone to fix them then in one or two weeks. I take my responbility as a good tenant.
Before this, I was living in an apartment with label 'F' managed by another real-estate company. They didn't respond to my requests even if I submitted issues on their system. For instance the dishwasher was broken when I just moved in.
One small issue is the upstair apartment has been renovated for 3+ months and is still doing it sometimes. I can hear some noise since I work from home. It's quite long... Luckily it didn't happen at night. I understand maintenance takes effort.
