I ask the customer service how I could return the item, after 5 chasing they told me I cannot and they could give me a discount on the next purchase, do you really think I would ever purchase from you again?

I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing anything. Hofer claimed to be a family shop going out of business and therefore selling everything at deep discounts. After I ordered I found the same story being told by other online shops with different names. I had ordered a woolen pullover decorated with crochet braids. The delivered item had an IMAGE of that crochet braid PRINTED on a jumper. I wonder if they thought it was funny.
