Don't buy on this shop! Article that came home was totally not as described (should be leather and came as cheap synthetic version, not to be worn....). The Client service responds - and they give NO opportunity to return items. They aim to silent the clients with imposing accepting another cheap article. Total waste of money.

Sold a product which is not as advertised (polyester plastic vs leather material), now website flagged as suspicious rightly so. I have lots of evidence yet they seem protected. I wish I had read the reviews here...lost money!

Sent 7 emails to return the items, and still haven't heard back. None of the items I bought were satisfactory, and now I'm stuck with them without any mean to return them - plus the return cost will be at my expense, so probably won't be seeing any of my money back.

I ordered 'luxury cashmere sweater'…NOT!!!!
I ordered 'luxury cashmere sweater' which was not made of cashmere at all. It was a cheap fake thing. To send it back I must send it to China (instead of to Hofmalen or Aurora) and pay international portage myself. Never order through this website!

Ordered 2 titanium cutting plates for €99. Product different from advertised product.
Much thinner, not same quality.
Obviously dropshipping from China as it was shipped from China and 2 weeks on the way. Not what you expect from their ‘premium looking website’.
No replies anymore when you want to return the product. ABSOLUTE BAD service.
Found the same product on AliExpress from €3,69 a piece.
I learned a lesson! Stay away from this company!
