Hofmann Reviews 

One of the official languages in Spain, Galician, has been deleted in this version of Hofmann calendars. This is the first time after 10 years that I cannot create a calendar in my own mother tongue.

Galician is an OFFICIAL laguage in Spain at the same level of Spanish, Catalan or Vasque and it was available on previous versions of Hofmann software.

I am completely disapointed with Hofmann. I consider having taken away this language is an absolute disrespect and scorn on behalve of Galicia and its culture.

I hope that the lack of Galician has been an error that Hofmann will soon correct.

I have been using Hofmann for 16years. It I took me a couple of months to discover that Hofmann was available on Apple devices. Once got to to know the new system I thought it excellent though I missed quite a few of the old background settings.

They changed the editor for creating your own albums or calendars, and it is thr worse.
Now, it only allows you to change the pictures, whereas before, you could personalize the entire layout.
A huge downgrade.

i worked for weeks on a album and finally when I'm trying to order it it simply says "something went wrong please check your internet connection" when my internet connection can't be better! and then when i press the help icon a page opens and says"bad request"! shameful!! such a scam company shouldn't be allowed! i hope you reply to me with an explanation because I'm extremely angry that i spent 20 hours on the album!

Every year I have made the table calendar. My language is Catalan and I have always been able to do it in Catalan except this year. I have made a query to customer service and they tell me that it cannot be changed to do it in Catalan.
I have finally decided to make a calendar model that allows me to change the months and also the days of the week and I buy you 5 calendars.
Finally, about 5 minutes after making the payment, I realize that there is an error and I ask to cancel the calendar. The system did not allow me to cancel and I resorted to Chat. From the chat to an email to confirm my data, but this happens in the course of 2 days and finally when I manage to pass all the hurdles it turns out that the calendars already
they have been sent... And now I have 5 calendars that I don't want and I I notified you only 5 minutes later to make the payment to cancel the order!

great quality fast service good prices cannot get better

The photos were unusable. They had been cropped to cut out some of the people who were the subject of hte photo. I had carefully shown the actual picture I wanted, instead Hoffman chose to include more sky instead of the people

Completely unreliable service. First, the app to create the album froze several times and had to restart form zero. It took me 3 hours to create an album of 30 pages. But the worst part is they promised delivery date which they missed - then I contacted their customer service who only replied one day later and they promised it will arrive on time for the birthday I ordered it for. Of course it hasn´t arrived and the customer service doesn't reply. Waiting for my order to be cancelled and the money refunded... I strongly do not recommend them.

The album is perfect. The colours and the paper quality are both excellent.

I got the album of another family and I guess another family got mine... ( data protection sucks here...). Besides this mistake, I got the album on 8th December which was supposed to be offered in Christmas and I got my album today 8th of January...not even for the 3 kings festivity. They didnt even care to pick up the other album and they cared less to get mine in time. Ever again with this company, I will use another one in Spain which is much reputable Vista.prnt

Rapid and effective solution for issue on delivery

Shipping has always been faster than expected and product quality is very good. I had a little problem with the order of my prints but Jasmin was very kind and solved my issue :)
