I have not received my last two orders

I have not received my last two orders. The company you use for delivery is useless.they say I’m not in , the address is wrong, anything but delivery. They have my phone number but they do not ring.

I ordered 40+ photos and a third of them had heads cut off ..

The printing is good but pages are unsticking

The printing is good but just received my album today and some pages are unsticking. Update: I tried to contact the support using the chatbot and got no response. Then I tried to send them an email (asking the chatbot for an email) and got a response within a few minutes saying that I would receive another album within a week. The quality control and chatbot don't work very well but they are quick to answer the emails and solve the problems and the new album was good.

Customer service doesn't work

I placed an order, it's paid for, and it was supposed to arrive on September 2, 2025, but the tracking says it was delivered, and I haven't received anything. There's no one to contact, no customer service, and a chatbot that always responds the same way. In other words, I have no answers, no album, and no money.

Great software and product

I make calendars every year and I really like the software and end product of Hoffman.
Sometimes I hapoen to have some delays with the delivery towards the Christmas time.
