First time order, won't be my last! Was after an YSL aftershave & Hogies were extremely well priced & offered quick delivery. Ordered received today by Royal Mail (not the incompetent Evri), 2 days for delivery.
Well packaged & also included a little discount offer on my next order.
Highly recommended

Fantastic family run business

My first two orders, great products and good prices. Good communication via email and quick delivery. Both my orders came with two lovely solid pink chocolate hearts that were both delicious and appreciated.

I have told several people about Hogies and they will become a regular for me!

Counterfeit product

I bought a very expensive bottle of Tiziana Terenzi for my husband and the spray mechanism has broken. I contacted Tiziana and they said that they do not sell their products via Tesco (I purchased the bottle via Tesco Marketplace) and state in their email that the product is very likely counterfeit. Tesco have told me that Hogies is a partner. I am very disappointed to have been duped in this way, and pretty embarrassed too. Please reimburse me so that I can buy a genuine bottle for my husband.
UPDATE: Tiziano Terenzi have confirmed that the product is counterfeit and are waiting for me to forward details to them in order to pursue Hogies for sale of inauthentic products. If you do not reimburse the original amount paid, I will pursue this.

More than surprised by this family run business

Arrived fast and package was well presented.
First time buyer and was not disapointed.
Lots of great brands and the prices are terrific.
I love looking for new brands to try out and find shopping for them hard, being mid fifties you really dont get the advice or service so i only shop online and i cannot wait to purchase more from Hogies in the future 💥

I orderd two watches

I orderd two watches, I was happy about quick delivery but after few days using one I have noticed that one is not working right. Messaged them, they offered me reimburse for fixing it and nothing after this. Im not happy at all about they service. I had to paid extra money for fixing "new" watch. Even if they have a goid offers Im not going to buy anything else.

Fantastic products

I made a smaller order due to mixed reviews and the products I received were perfect! 100% genuine, shipping took around 4 days with Royal Mail (including the weekend! I ordered sat 24th ).
I cannot grumble and will be ordering from them again!

Buyers do not use this company

When I received the product I had ordered, it had clearly been tampered with. The cellophane wrapping and the tear off strip had been removed and the tube had clearly been opened - there were scuff marks around the tube suggesting that a metal tool had been used to unscrew it. In addition, when I squeezed out a small amount of the cream, it was totally different in colour and consistency from tube of the very same cream that I am already using. Either the vendor knew they were supplying damaged goods or their quality control systems are inadequate. Do not use this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would not recommend this company. I received a room spray that had clearly already been used and was nine months past its expiry date. This should never have been sent to a customer! I will never order from this company again.

Awful customer services

I accidentally selected the wrong product when placing my order and contacted the company immediately to cancel it. Unfortunately, no one responded for over 24 hours. When I finally heard back, I was told the item had already been dispatched and that I should wait to receive it and then return it.

Since receiving the product, I have filled out multiple online return forms and sent several emails, but I have had no response at all. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, the customer service has been very disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution.
