I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Emma, the representative I dealt with, was rude from the very first call. Instead of being helpful, she spoke in an impolite and dismissive manner. Initially, they asked for all the required details, but after that, they completely stopped responding to emails and did not answer phone calls.
When I finally managed to get in touch again, the behavior became even worse. Instead of resolving the issue, they raised their voices and spoke in an aggressive tone. I was even warned that my application and orders could be canceled and that I might not receive a refund. This kind of communication is unacceptable and very concerning.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Customer service should be supportive and professional, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
