Free shipping on orders over 45 euro, and have a trusted store in green at bottom of page and also promise tracking with 17track.net which then gets to Ireland and shows an post, but An post sites shows tracking number with end digits correct, but once checked on An post site, shows as a scam, and when trying to get refund when stuff does not arrive, the contact email is tina at servicesyxdot com which is not hoka and she will reply but only saying give me three days to check and no reply after it. Order number was 2023110515829549

Unfortunately I too have been scammed by this website. Ordered a pair of Hokas and received a dodgy pair of sunglasses. Avoid, don’t use. ITS A SCAM.

I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers a month ago, the price being $100 but was debited $130. I was sent a pair of sun glasses apparently from Mr. Sun, the rest of the writing on the box is in Chinese. I have informed my bank who are looking into this.

Any website that have prefix after hoka are scammers. Hoka.com is the only legitimate url website. The scammers are from China that looks like it's here in Australia. SCAMMERS.....

Unfortunately, I fell victim to one of these scams myself. I ordered two pairs of shoes from the website HOKA-SYDNEY, paying a total of $165. To my disappointment, instead of receiving the shoes I had ordered, I was sent a counterfeit pair of sunglasses directly from China.

Don't go near Hoka shoes they simply don't perform and Hoka couldn't care less.
The collar on my Arachi shoes deteriorated within 4 weeks and I was told it was my lack of care.

Hoka sneakers are the worst sneaky you can buy. Also, the customer support is absolutely horrendous They respond to nothing. You email them and they do not even respond to you another horrendous company. That's all there is. Today is horrific companies that stand behind nothing

I bought 2 pairs of Hoka sandals from which I thought was a Hoka outlet store. They have the same website logo and advertisement as the official Hoka website. After I paid $140 for which the receipt was for, I was charged with extra fees bringing my bill to $175 for foreign fees. Right away I knew I was scammed. I reached out immediately for a refund. Amanda from service said they could not refund me because my order was already shipped from the warehouse. So I waited to see if I would get what I ordered. I was given a tracking number. When the package arrived I knew it was not what I ordered because it was too small. I was send hideous Ray Ban glasses. I have been in contact with Amanda numerous times telling her I do not want these glasses and want a refund. I want to return them. She insists that I keep the glasses and that they will offer me a 20% refund. I told her this is not what I agreed to pay for. They are still refusing to refund me my money. This website is a scam!

Hoka NZ Sales is a scam HOKA One One site, its registered to a shop in China, I brought a pair of shoes and they sent me a fake pair of Ray-bans thinking that would be okay, DONT ORDER from this website unless you want to be scammed.

Came across this website: Hokasoutlet.com Picked shoes i wanted to buy submitted payment, payment failed. Contact only gives email and though it looks like a legit website, if you read the shipping and return verbiage, the grammar is all wrong and the topics it talks about does not relate to the website (i.e. body piercing returns). This website is a scam.

It not just this website then: hokastore.com I purchased from Hokaoutlet.com a pair of Hoka Bondi 6 running shoes size 7.5 US received Fake Champion Shoes size 8.5
I have complained 8 times via email no response charged me $135 also the website advertised only Hoka brand shoes. I sent the shoes back - cost me $32.90 Australian. Product came from China. DON’T BUY- TOTAL RIP OFF

Fraudulent website. Ordered a pair of running shoes, received a counterfeit Tiffany bracelet! When I questioned them, they "offered" to take the bracelet back and ship the shoes if I paid all shipping to/from China! Total scam, avoid!

SCAM!!! Do not order from this website. It is impersonating Hoka OneOne; it is not an authorized Hoka vendor. I thought it was, and subsequently realized it was a scam. Ordered Hoka Stinson ATR; 2 weeks later, I received 3 pairs of cheap socks from CHINA. Chase fraud department will reverse the charge on my VISA.

They are scammers. They posted Ariat boots for $18 plus shipping which comes out to $38. Then they send you a fake Gucci scarf with a price tag of $2400. And no boots that u wait for for 3 weeks or more. Don't order anything from them.

Total scam. When I ordered, hokaestore.com went to customerserviceglobal.com went to malayalifestyle.com. The latter website had a phone number: +43-7277-8378 in a small town in Austria near the Czech border. The phone number later disappeared from the malayalifestyle.com website. Very clever, though. I got an email from cusomerserviceglobal.com with correct description (Hoka One-One TorTech boots) and price ($75.39) thanking me for my order and telling me I would get a Tracking Number, which I did (LW760191981CN). The Tracking Number worked. I could monitor it online. I just received the package with my "order". The package is 1" x 6" x 8" and weighs a couple of ounces, feels like some scrap cloth material. - no boots. I haven't opened it yet - going to make a video of the process for the credit card company so I can try and get my money back. The return address on the package reads:
HGKJ, Shiyan Street, BAOAN district, shenzhen, 440300, 440000 518000 CHINA, Phone: 8613300008888, probably all bogus. Considering that the "Nigerian Prince" scam is still a profitable business worldwide after all these years (about $2B annually) and I actually know someone personally who fell for it, I don't feel too bad. They're really quite clever.
