Not only is the service great (which it is), the customer service is really what puts Hola over the top for me. In the many years I've been a customer, only one or two times have I needed their help, but when that's happened it is a dream. So helpful and efficient. This company misuses user data!
This company misuses user data! Do not ever use it, unless your privacy to be gone, and using the application, you also could be on someone else's IP, and others are using yours. An unprotected proxy with hardly any encryption.
Edit: 1. No, you don't take privacy seriously, 2. You have been caught selling user bandwidth in the past, 3. Don't use it.

I feel scammed
I feel scammed. I literally paid for a subscription of a period of 3 years, 5 months later my subscription and account disappeared. I friendly contacted the support, to receive assistance, but they don't reply to my issue at all, and only threw my case to the trash by letting me on read.
Letting know I sent them all the receipt, billing, invoice ID, account ID and proof, and they haven't helped me out at all
It is so unprofessional and unpleasant, bad experience.

Logs too much data and is unsafe
Hola VPN logs your browsing activity and originating IP address, along with dozens of other data types. It openly shares user information with other companies, and has also been caught stealing user bandwidth in the past. It also routes your traffic through other users devices also, someone else could also be using your device to route the vpn traffic. Its Android app was removed from the Google Play Store due to concerns over malware.
